I really loved how the inside was remodeled. There are two bathrooms, seating and drink station for customers. The best part was while I was waiting I got to watch Donald Trump's Inauguration 1/20/25 on their BIG screen TV. I GOT A COUPLE THINGS DONE IN ABOUT 4 HOURS... AFFORDABLE PRICES, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY CLEAN.....

I just arrived here from a long deployment overseas. I don’t know these guys from Adam. I chose this place overall the other places I looked at because I don’t feel like I’m shopping at Sanford and Sons The place is extremely clean I was given a courtesy ride to my office Not saying they can do that for everybody depends on the distance Don’t be fooled by tire wheel signs These guys can go above and beyond that, they get all my business both cars They are super fast, super friendly, super efficient My repairs were immediate parts were on hand. It was just a perfect experience. As a combat veteran with 47 years in government service, I highly recommend these individuals Today cars are expensive as houses my car kept in pristine condition. These guys make sure it stays that way thank you so much for everything you do for us veterans.

Shop is clean and very professional. I have brought 3 of my vehicles in for alignments and I am very pleased. One of my vehicles had an alignment done at Les Schwab and they broke some parts on my vehicle that required replacement and a new alignment. I brought it to Tire Pros and they took care of it.

I am extremely disappointed with their service, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find another shop. I needed a simple tire rotation, so I checked with the manager to confirm if they could do it right away. He assured me they had the time. They also suggested replacing my two heavily worn front tires, which I agreed to. But what should have taken 30 minutes dragged on for over 2 hours! An hour in, they told me the car would be ready in 15 minutes. Another hour passed, and I had to push them to continue because my car was left on the lift without wheels, with nobody working on it. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I noticed they hadn’t put the valve stem caps back on my tires. By that point, I was in a rush and couldn’t go back to address it. Zero stars for their work and service. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I've brought family and friends vehicles here as well as company fleet vehicles and have always had amazing service for a fair price. This is my go to shop for any vehicle repairs. They are honest and do great work.

This shop is great! Not only is the customer service exemplary but the inside customer waiting area is beautiful! Coffee, bathroom, TV with remote, couches or table seating, and a gorgeous saltwater tank. I came in to get my tire repaired but I would say exceptional service and work. I would highly recommend this tire shop!

Accidentally drove here somehow for an unscheduled suspension repair, since then I have been serviced only here. I like the pricing policy and a good team of craftsmen. The employees are very friendly, polite and diplomatic. There is also a lounge where you can enjoy a variety of hot drinks. The work is done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use again if necessary and will recommend to friends and acquaintances. They work for the result, which is always nice and you start to respect the masters and owners of this service.
