As long as Ed is still in business, they have a customer for life. I have brought a couple of my cars to have work done, and each time, the work has been done amazing and without issues. I had the front lower control arms and struts replaced on one car and rear rotors trimmed and rear brake pads replaced on another car. I brought all the parts, and Ed and his team installed them. This place is awesome! Theyre great at what they do, work quickly, have great prices, and have wonderful customer service. I live out in Folsom, but for these guys Im willing to drive out and pass up closer locations because theyre really worth it.

This is my go to brake and alignment place. Ed the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. My entire family gets their brakes done here for over 15 years now. He really takes care of his customers and looks out for them. This recent time I had my wife go there to get her brakes done. I thought we needed to get both front and rear brakes replaced so we had him order both sets. When she got there he quickly let her know that only one set needed to be replaced and the ones up front have 80% life left and didnt need replacing. Any other shop would have taken our money and replaced both to make a quick buck. Hats off to Ed for his honesty and always putting the customer first. Thank you for always taking care of us.

Same all Great Ed s alignment I been coming here for over 20 years. I just brought my sons car the other day it was quick in-out under 30 minutes.

Scheduled a 4 wheel alignment. Previously, my alignment 5 years ago took about an hour to complete. Here they finished in roughly 15 minutes. Saved me so much time for being quick and efficient. Very reasonable and affordable price and Ed was extremely nice. Definitely coming back here if I ever need an alignment again.

This shop is top notch! I have a brand new Mercedes Sprinter 2022 long wheel base high roof that came out of the dealership lot with steering wheel quite off to the left. The mechanic got the van and 15 min later all done. Now 600 miles later I can definitely confirm that the wheel is straight and van runs straight! No issues to get on the machine such a big vehicle, no issues to fix it for no time. I bet the dealership would have wasted me at least couple of days -to bring it and than to go back and get it and pray that they did it right the first time. Thank you Eds team!

I go to their boss, the man is clearly not friendly, with an embittered face, I have to tell everything in a new way. Boss, without listening to me, runs to a man in a Lexus, who has just arrived (apparently his old acquaintance). I stand waiting, but he doesn t care, he gets into a Lexus and drives onto the overpass in the next box. In the General, I looked at it all, stood, waited, sat down and left. Do you want a service like in Ukraine in the 90s? Then you are here. My foot will no longer be there. Just a beastly attitude. Maybe there are professionals working there, I dont know. I wanted to do a wheel alignment. I arrived, the working guys with stern faces asked me what I wanted, neither hello nor hello. He told and showed. They answer: go to the boss. I came in for an alignment which was initially $60 for my SUV. Left and the problem was not solved. So I came back and they told me that my rack and pinion was bad. So they told me that if I brought the parts they would do it for $250 and re align after they replaced the rack and pinion. We talked to a traveling mechanic and he said he would do that for $450 since doing that takes a lot of work. So I went with Eds and had the rack and pinion replaced by them and they re aligned it for free. Now my Sequoia drives straight. These guys provide great customer service and honor the 60 day alignment guarantee even when you do work on the car after the alignment.

I have a lowered car and can not use any regular shop so I was told by someone they can help me. I arrive and was pointed to the boss he asks what I needed and told him I just needed an alignment. I ask for the price and it was just a little higher then other peoples. As I was going to ask more questions he just walks away. Very unprofessional.

Brought my vehicle a little earlier than my scheduled appointment, I needed an alignment done. I was told I would have my vehicle worked on as soon as possible. Dropped my car off and was called right on time. The pricing is reasonable and the service is excellent! I would highly recommend coming here if you need and alignment done or any work on your car!

I called Eds Autocare to set an appointment to have my brakes done, he gave me the time to arrive and when I got there Mr. Ed was very friendly and welcoming...I bought in my own Brake pads and he installed them in a timely manner...I was very happy with the service and prices and would recommend you bring your vehicle for anything suspension related shocks, brakes etc.

When I got there the guy Ed said that he couldnt do my alignment due to my car being lowered and all that in a rude way but the two gentlemens that work for Ed said they can do it. They did an excellent job with my car. If it wasnt for them two guys I would of left already.

Probably one of the best allignment shops in town. Helped me fix other issues with my car as well. Fixed up issues that other shops created, and gave me great diagnosis on certain tire issues. Best place by far. I got an alignment done by them. Came by one year later just incase. It was still perfect. And even though they put my car on the lift and took Time to look at it. Didnt charge me. Also I had some tires mounted by another shop, they were not balanced properly. I came here and they perfected it and charged me a very reasonable price. Best place in Sacramento by far.
