Jeff is a jerk. placed an order before thanksgiving and called the week after to get an update and he yelled at me, called me stupid then cancelled the order and hung up. I barely even got a whole sentence out. not sure how you can run a business this way.
If you like feeling like you are to much of a bother, these are your guys. I placed an order a month ago and i was told that the part(s) were on back order. No problem. That was about a month ago. I called this morning to inquire and said person (who I can assume is the owner) starts to go off on me. He stated that he is not a corporation, just solo business and that he had already told that it was a back order piece. Just for an order inquiry. I too work for a Mom and Pop Shop but I do this, you catch more flies with sugar.
Poor way to run a business in every aspect. If Jeff was my employee, he would be fired immediately. Placed an order on the 1st of the month, and he is in no rush to ship orders. Being he had not shipped after a few days, I added items to the order while waiting. On the 5th I was done adding items, and he emailed that he had EVERYTHING pulled, he was just waiting on one item. Liar! I patiently waited and on the 11th, I emailed and asked him to ship the order, and if the missing item wasn't in yet (which it was), to ship that later. I received and order confirmation later in the day, and a few items were missing. I called to inquire, and his attitude that others speak of came out. It was my fault, and I didn't tell him to add the items. Yet I had an email to him on the 3rd & 4th showing that I did ask. Then he starts belly aching that he has to deal with 20 phone calls a day with people adding items. Well here's an idea...... Ship your orders promptly, and nobody can add items and your phone will stop ringing. And if you are that swamped, hire somebody. On top of that, the items that he didn't add to the order, he now claimed he didn't have two of the items, but on the 5th he emailed that he had EVERYTHING pulled except for the one item. One other item that he failed to add to the order, but had in stock. I asked him, "you still have possession of the package, can you open the box and toss the item in and charge my card?" NOPE! So instead of taking 3 minutes to finish an order, he just lost a customer. Unbelievable! I'll spend my money elsewhere. I placed an order for the missing items through another vendor and had a shipping confirmation promptly. That's how a business is run.
I called to verify a part was in stock that I ordered. The owner yelled at me for calling and then cancelled my order after we hung up the phone. Very poor customer service to say the least. I will spend my money were they appreciate the business.
Very poor service. Very rude!! I asked a question 1.5 years ago if the grills between a 60 or 61 were interchangeable. He answered Very snarky I have no idea. Fast forward to today and thousands in parts purchases I mentioned to him after a fair amount of time I found out they are interchangeable with all the correct parts( headlight buckets etc needed) and he replied very very snarky he already knew that. I then asked why the nasty when I asked 1.5 years ago and why he didn't explain then the difference. He was very nasty and said he only Sells that sort of info. That's fine but he told be he didn't know. This is a lie. He simply needed to say he charges for such info and I could have decided if I wanted to purchase the info. I would not recommend this guy at all. Take care

Fantastic online service. I've order a few very small parts and everything has always shipped very quickly. They will always update with the shipping information, all order have come just as ordered. No complaints, great online vendor for the odd Falcon bits.
Called for a special part on trim for a 64 falcon. Tried to sell me a t-bolt. Thats not what I was looking for. Tried to explain what I was looking for. Was rude and did not have time. We hung up on each other

this a sorry company for people trying to restore a car I bought parts for a year to redo my 1965 falcon and when I started getting all the parts out to start the project I noticed I had not received my two chrome wiper blades of which was only 25.00 for the pair I called them and jeff their saleman proceded to cuss me out and say I was an idiot for not checking my parts earlier and that I was screwed they would not send me my parts. and they would not refund me the 25.00 I think this is a real shitty way to treat people let alone some one who spent over 1000.00 with this company I will not do any business with them again and when I went to file a complaint with the BBB there was another complaint of the same thing. So its not just me steer clear of this company.
