Came in to get wipers and saw an interaction between an employee and an entitled woman. She was very condesending to him but he kept his cool and still tried to help her with her battery, when he offered to go get additional help she left. Idk how your guys put up with those kinds of customers but good job! 4 stars because the other customers at this location seem shady, wish there was security of some sort!

People online and all the employees are doing is talking talking no one is doing their job and everybody is just talking the fact that I had to use the self check out is complete bullshit. Maybe you guys should hire people to do their job and not talk.

Had a great experience with Manager Darius. He handled an impossibly rude customer before me and still managed to great me with great customer service! He even helped me install my battery!

Took 45 minutes to do a return with my receipt… Certainly not the one stop shop and for sure not a place to come if you’re looking for customer service and knowledge in problem solving. Will certainly not be returning in the future.

Amazing service every single time I require something from a complex component to a simple tire pressure gauge. Regardless I’m met with genuinely wonderful employees with positive attitudes, including the managers. If mistakes are made on their parts manufacturers side, they are more than happy to rectify the issue. So don’t give these men and women a hard time they don’t make the parts they just supply them, not to mention with great information tips and bits free of charge.
