USA Replacement Auto Glass in North Highlands

Shattered our sliding glass door while mowing the grass, so called John for help. One of his guys was out within a day to measure and get us a quote (less than the competition and MUCH less than replacing the unit). They ordered the new glass unit, and came out today to install it. Guys were friendly, professional, did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. Looks like brand new. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for any replacement glass you might need

I was referred to them by another auto glass place due to scheduling matters. It was easy to get a next-day appointment, the 3 staff I interacted with were all great, price was very reasonable, and the on-site service was swift. I'll be back for my next windshield repair or replacement.

Had a driver's side windshield replaced in my Class A motorhome. They were very careful with the removal of the old windshield and very careful with aligning and sealing the new one. Very good customer service from the initial point of contact, came out to insure they ordered the correct glass and installation was professional and right on time. Highly recommend.

Be cautious if you use them for RV glass installation. I had my RV windshield replaced by them a year ago. They would not warranty the installation due to the age and manufacturer of my coach. A couple weeks ago while on a road trip, the center of my 2 piece windshield popped loose. I contacted them and was quoted $1000 to reinstall with again no warranty. They had originally told me that my coach can develop problems with the windshield opening that can cause issues. After thinking about it I elected to take it to a RV body shop to have it checked. What I found was disturbing! Here is a copy of an email I sent them… “After reviewing my last invoice from the windshield replacement, it seemed like there might be an issue with the windshield opening so I decided to take the coach to an RV body shop. What they told me is very disturbing. First the opening had no issues and was not and is not the problem. I did not provide them with who did the installation, but they volunteered the following information. 1) The windshield was not sealed properly. 2) The area where the sealant was applied was not properly prepared. The current problem was because the sealant pealed loose from the coach. They commented that the area needs to be cleaned with alcohol and a primer applied before the sealant is applied. He the showed me pieces of sealant that made it clear it just pealed off. 3) Sealant was applied to the gasket and fiberglass side but not to the gasket and windshield side allowing the glass to come out of the gasket. In his opinion that started the problem. The windshield has now been reinstalled and they warranty the installation. You might want to review your training of both employees and contractor installers as this issue could have been avoided if the installation had been done properly.” Here is their reply… “Thank you for letting me know. I will have a conversation with my techs. Have a great weekend.” “Have a great weekend” ??? The 2nd problem is due to their poor installation…. $1000 later… have a great weekend. How about covering my cost or at least part of it? I highly recommend NOT to use this company!! No warranty feels like they knew there would be a problem. The body shop provided a warranty on the installation without being ask or any additional cost! “Have a GREAT weekend!

They were so flexible with appointments, I ended up having to wait a bit longer than expected but it was because they noticed a scratch in the windshield they had ready for me. They made me aware of it and picked up a new crystal clear windshield for me. I'm very happy with their service!

Way better, faster service than a well known nationwide windshield company who previously replaced my windshield. Two guys came and knocked it out really quick. Really good service and quality glass used. Will use them from now on. Very professional from the call to make an appointment to the service guys that replaced the glass. Thank you!

USA glass removed and resealed a brand new travel trailer front window. The tech was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would recommend USA glass in a heart beat to any RV owner.
