Alfredo and Jose are super helpful. I have no idea what I m doing sometimes about cars and they always help me with everything. I really appreciate all the help they go above and beyond. Best place in town for any car issues or parts I need.

Been going to Autozone for decades. This autozone is different. Employee staring at me with hate and discontent. Not sure if they were not getting enough breaks or overworked?? No one at front desk so I am assuming not enough employees. Will try back in a month to see if there is a change in behavior and lived experience. Do better.

Great customer service

Nick was absolutely amazing! I drove here after my battery died and helped me throughout the entire process. He was in communication with his manager and was extremely professional. Overall, I needed to replace my battery and he helped me find a new one and even installed it. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Best employee Ive met in a while! :)

My first go to auto store

Had exactly what I needed. Helpful staff.

Went there to return items purchased from autozone online. Although the store manager seemed unhappy, he accepted my return. Picked up a new pair of best rotors I can find there , but one of them has a long scratch on the service during inspection at the store. The store owner said it should be ok and mechanics would accept it. Well, that is why I don t let mechanic do the(sloppy) work. I returned it immediately at the store. Overall the store treated customer ok. It s just the quality of Duralast (gold) rotor is worrying.

Zack was great helping choose the correct wiper blades for the car. He even installed them after purchasing them! It was a quick sale and install.

They have lots of car stuff. But no 49er stuff for your car.

we came in to ask if anyone can check my alternator. that lady or man at the register immediately said no we only have two people sorry . autozone shouldn t advertise this if they arent able to do it. there was no line & wasnt busy so not sure how at least one person couldnt help.

My favorite auto parts store. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Both times I have been here they are so nice and really know their stuff, friendly and really helpful. I have been to other auto parts stores in the past and this place tops my list. Both workers were really nice.. I needed my trunk liftgate struts replaced on my scion tc because it couldnt hold itself up no more. I bought the struts and he put them on.. While I didnt catch your name I want to say thank you.

Great customer service

Phenomenal service! Visited on a rainy day for windshield wipes! I was in and out with new wipes on my windshield in 5mins! I wish I caught the gentleman name, he asked for my year, make and model of my car, grabbed the wipes, charged me and asked if I needed help putting them on!!!!! THATS service! All done in 5mins! Love it!

Had to wait a while, but the employees were very courteous and professional. They clearly cared about making sure that their customers had a positive experience and got what they needed.

Came here to find a part last minute. Found the part and got out very quickly. They carry basically everything I need for regular maintenance of my car.

A very good AutoZone. More stuff in stock than other locations, helpful staff, and located in a clean shopping center. They answer the phone quickly and can set things aside if you need to.

Fantastic customer service

Zero star - terrible experience at this store location on curbside pickup order today. I placed order, at the checkout, it says I ll get an email when my order is ready. Called store to check status after 1hr as I did not rec d any email , order confirmation or order ready Person answered the phone ( very rude) responded they have customers and they ll get to my order when they get to it. ended call. I called again after 30 min to cancel my order, the person that answered phone said he ll check my order and hanged up.. I called again, I was told the line was cut off...hmmm. this time , the persons that answered the phone told me that he had canceled my order 4hrs ago as they did not have one of the items I ordered obviously, they did not get it right as I did placed my order 2hrs ago. End of story this store location is terrible, can t manage online order and staff are rude...

After my car broke down on my lunch break, I got a jump from AAA and ended up at this store location for my battery change. The sales associate (who ended up being the service manager) on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly and when I arrived he recognized me as the caller and quickly picked out the right battery, explained the warranty and installed it pleasantly and like a flash of lightning. It was so easy that I joked I d have to go back to work now, since my predicament was solved so well. Kudos to Alfredo! A great customer experience.

They have parts but are limited in how they can look for them. If you have an old pieced together junker, you better know exactly what you need.

Very friendly staff. Easy to find the aisles for common stuff (wiper blades). Recommend you do your research before stopping by for items like wiper blades because they carry several grades and brands. Super easy to get in and out of from Jarvis or northbound? Newark Blvd (going towards overpass). Ive joined their rewards program before, but find I dont buy enough to get any return on it.

I needed a part for my car right away. Id looked it up on other auto parts websites, but it was not in stock. As far as the price paid, it was comparable with Amazon - but, I needed it ASAP. I am fortunate to live about 2 miles from an AutoZone Auto Parts store I called ahead to ensure available, and confirmed price shown online was correct in the retail store. I bought it, drove home, took one hour to install it, and it was done! No problem fitting in my engine compartment, as it was guaranteed to have same physical dimensions as the OEM part. This was not the FIRST time I had gone to purchase at AutoZone. Speaking with TWO COMPETITORS within a few miles, I have not seen the kind of professionalism and great customer service anywhere else. AutoZone IS THE BEST.

Alfredo was the best as he sold and helped me get my freeon for the car and thats the best customer service i have received by any auto shop. Will definitely be back. The man deserves a raise. Saves me from going to a shop and getting ripped off. Thank you

I went in to buy a new car battery and the guys at the AutoZone in Redwood City were super friendly and very helpful. They tested my battery, which I figured was low, and installed the new battery I bought at no extra cost. Great service.

AND LET ME KNOW WHEN I COULD GET THEM. AND WHERE THEY WERE SHIPPING THEM FROM. . SINCE SOME PARTS ARE FROM A HUB STORE.... THEY CAN GET THEM NEXT DAY.... EVEN IF ORDERED AFTER 2PM... Friendly staff good selection of parts

I needed some help with parts for my Volkswagon Passat. I spoke with Will who was very helpful, explained exactly what I needed and where to go to get the work done. I really appreciated his help. Super nice guy!

This is one of my Favorite Autozones. Very clean and presentable, Always get greeted as soon as I walk in. The manager Jose is very helpful and knowledgeable. This Autozone definetly shows what customer service is all about.

Being my go to auto store since its the closest, the inventory is acceptable along with pricing. Customer service is good, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Purchasing online for in store pickup is a time and gas saver.
