FULLY REBUILT A FAMILY MEMBERS TRANSMISSION ON FORD ESCAPE 2010. REALLY NOT SURE WHERE TO LOOK FOR A GOOD SHOP LIKE THIS FOR THIS SPECIFIC WORK, AND WE USED OUR BEST JUDGMENT AND WE DEFINETLY MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER TRANSMISSION AND RELATED SHOPS AND YOU NEVER KNOW IF THEY WILL DO GOOD WORK OR CHARGE TO MUCH, IT CAN BE A MAJOR HEADACHE. THIS SHOP IS A GREAT SHOP. PRICE WAS FAIR, THEY DID GREAT WORK, AND IT WAS A PRETTY QUICK TURN AROUND. NO HEADACHE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GONE, TRANSMISSION GOOD TO GO WITH A WARRANTY TOO.

I had a couple of great experiences with this company. Julio diagnoses with ease, and the repair work excellent. Their pricing was the best I could find. My car was a 2003 tahoe. They replaced the transmission and later a driveshaft . Very satisfied. I will be bringing my 1968 to them for some engine work as they clearly work on classics as well as recent models.

Excellent work, honest and transparent. I brought in an older car that needed a transmission rebuild. They quoted a fair price, and stuck to the estimate even though the repair presented some unexpected challenges. They even knocked a couple of hundred dollars off the price because it took longer than they estimated. They followed through on their warranty promise and took care of a problem that came up later. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

Been here multiple times and was just here again last Tuesday to have my Nissan Altima fixed. I am thankful they were able to accommodate my car the next day when I had an emergency. I admire the honesty as well when I went here suppose to have an oil change. I was told the oil is still ok and doesn't need it yet. Thank you!

This is by far the best repair shop to go to. Let me get to it and then tell my story. The owners are great people as well as his team and honest work, you shouldn't go elsewhere 2 + years and still using them. Thanks Team And now my quick story: I originally brought in a 1965 F100 to get some power steering and tune up. Worked out great! Now to this day I bring all my cars, BMW,TOYOTA,HONDA,KIA. all maintained and in great shape. Very quick for me as well, always top service. They don't just do transmissions either Ive brought it there for multiple types of repairs Again thanks team ! Also this review below is BS. Price shouldn't always be the issue. This is my second great experience here. I had my front wheel drive vehicle clutch installed over a year ago and is running great! Today they installed a new thermostat housing and a coolant reservoir on my other vehicle. They did a very clean installation and my vehicle is running great with no leaks. Sales rep Julio does an excellent job explaining the job that will be performed. Making an appointment with him is very easy and answers the phone not like other places. I highly recommend Total Care transmission! Thank you guys!
