All inclusive services and comfortable waiting area made it easy for me and my kids to tak the car to get an oil change and wash without it all being a pain

The wait time after the oil change was exceptionally long. There is a sign that says free car wash with oil change, but I was charged.

First time here. The attitude right off was terrible. They don't like being here and acted as if doing me a favor. Let's see what kind of work they do. All my cars and family cars normally go to Jiffy Lube. I'll let you all know.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. $90 oil change for then to drain my cvt transmission and over fill my oil. When Technician was asked if it was possible that he drained the transmission and nor oil. He assured me that it was impossible since drain plugs are over 2 feet apart. Yet

I go here for oil changes every time. Only $42 for my old Ford ranger and they do a great job washing my truck afterwards too. Very fast service every time I’ve been. Try coming around noon or earlier because sometimes they close early.

Came here two times, first time they left my car dripping oil after service. When I went back, I told RICKEY about it and instead of being concerned he immediately denied it like it could never be possible. He said he would take a look at it. It's been about 5 days now and my car is leaking even more oil leaving a big spot in my driveway. I will never go back.

This place is great. Same price as the other places (even cheaper then others) and you get a car wash as well. I couldn't be happier.

Stay away - Dishonest, Sneaky Scammers. You will be told that if your car requires 5W20 oil, it will cost $10 to $20 more for your oil change. When i ask why, i was told because that type of oil is more expensive. (I am an ASE Certified Auto Tech and usually do my own oil changes and knew that this was not true) The guy kept arguing with me telling me that ALL 5W20 oil is more expensive than 10W30, and other oils. I ended telling him that i would take my money to an honest company and NOT one that rips people off just because a majority of them do not know any better. I walked 50' across the parking lot to the O'Reilly Auto parts and bought the 5W20 oil that did NOT cost one penny more than 10W30, 10W40, etc..... I walked back over the California Oaks Oil Change to show the guy my receipt and proof that 5W20 does NOT cost 1 cent more. All he could say was "Good for you sir, good for you sir". What else could he say, he got caught in a LIE. Stay away from this dishonest business. I'm sure they also lie about filters, trans fluid, etc......
