Bought a battery and Eric went above and beyond to make sure I got it installed on a rainy day so I wouldn't be stranded in the rain. Autozone denied me but these guys came thru. Their customer service is outstanding and I'd definitely recommend this location.

I need to get some people in there that know what theyre doing you should have knowledge of vehicles before you just go on the computer and say what kind of car you got push it on the button and see what it says what do you want okay they have nothing to know what you need or what needs to be needed for something that youre buying

I have been getting parts here regularly for my 22 year old car that I ve pretty much replaced everything on over past few months. Recently replaced all 4 strut assemblies and needed the stabilizer bar end links. After paying for the parts and this store giving me the wrong part twice, and after waiting nearly a week and several trips in store with the original part for comparison I was about to ask for my money back and go across the street to the competition, but a employee, a manager I believe, named Thien, got me the right parts within a few hours. This one employee saved my Oreilly experience. Thank you sir. 5 stars for Thien.

I recently needed windshield wipers for my Jeep. I dropped in at the Murrieta location. These guys were great. I purchased the wipers, and they installed them. I was back on the road in 15 minutes!!
I am currently 5 months pregnant and broken down on the side of the road in need of oil. I called this o reillys and told them I have a 2022 Kia Sorento and need 0w-30 oil, confirmed they had it in stock, and that they close at 10. I called back and told them my husband will be there at 9:50, mentioned again I need 0w-30, asked him to confirm again how much they have and he said well didn t the last person tell you that? I said he did, please confirm, and he said they have more than enough my husband got there and they said they don t have any of the oil we needed. I told them my year, make, and model twice and reiterated the specific oil I needed and they acted like I was dumb for asking again, but they didn t even have it and now he s at another store. Terrible service and rude employees, would absolutely not recommend.

Stand in line for 15 minutes patiently waiting for my turn. 2 cashier guys came out ignore me, took all the peoples came after me check them out. How ridiculous is this, came to autozone instead in and out in 2 minutes. spends $40 somewhere else and save your time

This used to be my Favorite Orielys. ALWAYS got great customer service. Now its snippy attitudes, wrong parts. No parts knowledge what so ever unless its on a screen. Obviously hate their jobs. Very sad. Nothing worse when you call with part nos needed they say they have it. You drive down they dont have it. Come on now you young girls & girls can do better.

Waited in line patiently for 5 minutes. Get to the counter I just needed an obd2 code read. Guy says sure just let me get that guy holding an alternator. No problem, dude was cool putting a 383 stroker in an IH c series pickup. afterwards 20 minutes later theres some other customers in store manager says no Im back in the back of the line.

I could not be happier with the service I received at this location. I was directed to this location by the AutoZone thats across the street. I was looking for tire chains and they dont carry them in stock at the AutoZone, so they recommended that I come here to check it out. From now on, this OReillys is going to be the first place I check every time. The two gentlemen at the store, Anthony and Tyler, were exceedingly helpful and made sure I got what I needed for my specific vehicle. They made recommendations based on the needs of my vehicle and my planned usage. I was very impressed with the way they asked questions about what I was going to be doing and then took the time to explain the benefits of different products. I left confident that I got the perfect item for my vehicle. I had my daughters with me and they even went out of their way to make my daughters felt special during the visit. I really cant recommend this location more. I will definitely be back in the future.

Had check engine light came on. Jiffy Lube wanted $45 just to read code - mind you they are seldom busy and had several employees standing around when I asked. Went to OREILLY, and they had someone come out read the code, looked it, and offered some great suggestions. I am a real fan of OREILLY and have had similar great results there before. Highly recommend! I had 2 oil changes at Jiffy, but will not go back since I can get a similar price with their discount at dealers.

Got what I need when I need it
So I went in to get 5 qt of oil ( Quaker state 5w30), their price is 23.99, walmart has it for 13.97. I asked them to match the price with walmart, they refused saying that it was something along the line of if it was a few dollars off would be fine, but 13.97 was below their margin!!! So I get it that you need to make a profit, which is why I went to you and not walmart so I can give you some business. Clearly gouging your customer is first priority, well, I hope you can deal with it in the long run, see how long you will last, gotta make that profit right Oreily?

I bought an ipr socket that oriley told me would work for my truck. It didnt fit my model so I went to return the part and the manager with the shaved head and tattoos told me that I cant return the part because it was used. I wont ever be going here again.
