Not my first visit to this location Live right across the street. The staff employee /guy dropped the battery on the counter like a piece of meat. I picked the battery up by the handle off the counter .. & kept it moving.. The employee had the NERVE to ask me did I want assistance with the battery? Isn't that your store policy? after I'm half way out the store carrying the battery myself.. I know FOR SURE the staff is supposed to assist you and take the b attery to your car.. that didn't happen today. Where is the logic? Do you help or not or just pick and choose who you want to help? I bet if it was one of his family members or someone he knew they would not have to ask..That part.

Tried to return battery core, only to find out you need the exact card you paid with to get your $22 back. They wouldn't reach in the drawer and give me my $22 back. Had to drive back home and get the Debit card. Wasted my time and fuel. Poor customer service poor policy. Shady company

Hunter at your California Oaks location in murrieta went above and beyond to help us with my daughter’s headlights! Such a polite young man and very knowledgeable!! Super impressed with him and another associate (I didn’t get his name) but they both were a huge help!!! It’s not very often you get such great customer service. Thank you!!!

I was very impressed with having two female associates help me lookup and locate the windshield wipers for my car AND assist me with installing them! It is so impressive to see that the company does not discriminate with women working in an auto parts store! My cashier was sweet and very attentive to my needs.Tatiana was the gal that installed my wipers and she was both kind and helpful! Just goes to show that women are just as capable to perform jobs some people assume only men could do.

It was my first time shopping at this location, I wasn’t expecting much as it was New Year’s Day, and most people have exhausted all of their energy and thinking power the night before. This location, however, had a remarkable young man named Toby, who was able to diagnose the seemingly difficult fuse to locate in my Mercedes sprinter, but did so with almost Expert experience. Finding out shortly after that he in fact has multiple other jobs including working for import auto motive repair companies. I find it very easy to believe. It would behoove upper management to take a closer look at this young man, and I recognize his ability to not just assist your walk-in customers, but relate and gain the kind of trust that you would save for a trusted family member. I would have him train new hires or at least be a scout for potential. That’s all I have to say about that. L

Well, even though the employee at the counter was not helping anyone, and even though there were only two other people in the store, who were together, I was completely ignored when I walked into the store, and as I walked around the store, clearly looking for something. At no time did the employee ever offer to assist me. Had he done so, perhaps I would have been able to make a purchase. But after being completely ignored, I walked out and went across the street to the auto parts store across the street from them.

Toby has excellent customer service, great attitude, he is kind and friendly. Late at night, just before closing time, he offered to help me to change my battery, knowing he would be doing it in the dark. THANK YOU TOBY! More employees like him, please!
