Have been around forever (hence the name with address in a Mountain View!) Very straightforward; clear communication on what it costs to investigate, what they found, what can wait, and what cannot. Friendly atmosphere, staff is long term and gets along well (always a good sign), very knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest, but they'll get the job done right.

While I did not get my car repaired here- I called asking for a quote and the person who answered was kind, knowledgeable and advised me that my car issue may be under a warranty I had no idea existed. They could have said "yeah come in and pay for a diagnostic" and I would have been none the wiser. I really appreciate the honesty of customer service that I experienced.

I bought tires from tire rack for my 06 corvette z06, and tire rack recommended them to me for mounting and alignment, however after talking to Matt, he said they were not comfortable working on my car, but were more than happy to refer me to another shop and helped me drop off my tires to that shop since it would not fit in my car. So although I did not get my car worked on by them, I am very happy with the help and attitude, I took a look at the shop and the environment is very clean and organized. If I ever switched to a foreign car I know who I am going to! Thanks again Matt

The best service for almost anything you drive. Super friendly, and beyond knowledgeable. We always get a detailed call before they start any service that isn't regular, and when we come in to pick the vehicle up a detailed report of what they have found.
