From start to finish, the team—especially Fidel and Ricardo—was professional, courteous, and transparent. I booked my appointment online in the evening and followed up with a call the following afternoon to confirm. Though they had been busy and hadn’t yet reviewed my online booking, Ricardo immediately looked it up during our call and promptly sent an email confirmation. I appreciated the responsiveness and flexibility. After dropping off my car as scheduled, the mechanics conducted a thorough inspection and shared a detailed report via SMS and email, complete with photos and clear explanations. Fidel did an excellent job walking me through the findings. I approved additional diagnostic work and left the vehicle overnight. They even arranged a complimentary Lyft, which made things convenient. By the next morning, I received updated reports with further details and images. Fidel did a good job on the phone call discussing next steps and mentioned some delays in part availability due to the car model. Despite that, everything was completed efficiently by Thursday afternoon. Since I was unavailable that afternoon, I picked up the car Friday afternoon—once again with a complimentary Lyft, arranged by Ricardo. The final cost matched the updated estimate I had received, and the work (new tires, brakes, and routine maintenance) was backed by AAA’s guarantee. My car now drives noticeably better, especially when braking. I’m grateful for their professionalism and will continue servicing my car here as long as I work in the area. Highly recommended!

I took my 2011 Sienna van for Transmission fluid and radiator fluid service. I schedule my appointment on the website, and received a confirmation e-mail within a short period of time. On the day of the service appointment, I was greeted by Ricardo at the service counter and my car was ready within the promised time frame. He also answer my questions with honest opinion, and not trying to sell me maintenance service that is not due per my cars mileage, time period. One other big plus for being a AAA member, the service warranty is 2 years or 24,000 miles.

I didn't know that AAA had an auto shop until I received an email from them. I made an appointment for an oil change and I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I will be going back to them with all my cars.

Great service! Signed me in right away. Said would inform me of diagnosis either by end of the day or next morning. Next morning was informed of estimate to fix and picked up car later that afternoon. With my AAA discount the bill was reasonable.

update: my car still ended up having problems so the work done here (they said i needed a different battery) did not address the real issue. i’m past the warranty period at this point but chose to bring my car to a different shop anyhow. spiteri’s in belmont is awesome! original review: i was in a pinch and turned to this aaa repair center as a aaa member. the shop has about 4 bays and the lot is packed with parked cars. the employees working were courteous enough and did a good job explaining the plan for diagnostics to me. i dropped the car off on a friday afternoon and called for an update on monday after not getting any updates on saturday. it'd be nice if they could keep customers in the loop but i understand that side of business isn't usually a focus. i got a nice thorough rundown of issues and suggested repairs via text and email and the car was done on tuesday and is running fine so far. the recorded mileage out, however, did not match the odometer, which i didn't like. i expect honesty and full disclosure if my car is being driven around. i know road tests are sometimes necessary, so account for that on record. the cost was as expected from a large chain shop and i did appreciate the aaa member discounts. i'll likely turn to a local shop the next time i need servicing but it's nice having a default aaa repair center to fall back on if needed.

Update July 2022: Dan retired and it is now AAA (there is a discount if you're a member), but several of the original employees are still there. Went 8n for an oil change, but they also did an all around check of the car and proactively gave quotes for new brakes/tires (which I already knew the car needed). They do a good job of not trying to sell you services you don't need, but suggest routine maintenance before it becomes a major issue- seems like their goal is to help you maintain vehicle health. Original Review: Dan and Christian are stand up guys- they do great work for fair prices. No suggestions of unnecessary work to get you to spend more- they tell you what your car needs and take care of it. As a female that has been to some pretty terrible shops over the years, finding one that isn't condescending, treats all their customers with respect, and doesn't price gouge is more rare than you'd expect in this day and age. My family has trusted them with all of our vehicles for over a decade and we highly recommend them- many of our friends and neighbors also now customers because of our recommendations.
