A special shout out to Diego - he's super super helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled. I've made 12 trips to this location in the last 30 days - any time I have any question, no matter how big or small, I can always count on this location (specifically Diego) to help me out. I have no intention of ever going to AutoZone again - the O'Reilly's on El Camino is THE place to get help, advice, and parts. This location has helped me with: - batteries - wiring for car stereo/subs - headlights and interior lights - spare parts and tools - cleaning supplies - paint - general advice I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Bad unethical people. I went to get my battery condition looked at. The person connected the tester meter and lied to me. It said Good Battery. I read it but he didn't realize that I could read the meter and he said the battery is no good. Liar. I went to Auto Zone and Wheel Works and they told me the battery is just fine.
Do all the O'Reilly's in this area not have more than 1 single staff member that isn't hiding? This one claimed he was the only one in and couldn't help us even when the store was empty because "I'm the only one that's in right now" 🤣 no wonder these O'Reilly stores have no customers inside, the workers don't have the will power to leave the counter to help in the slightest way
Good location, helpful employees and easy parking. I didn't have to wait long to receive assistance and the employee was knowledgeable.
I've shopped at this location for many, many years — probably 10-15 visits in all. I've always found the staff working here helpful , friendly, and pretty knowledgeable, both on the phone and in-person. Maybe I've had good luck, as I see some other reviews claiming bad experiences. Sometimes there's an off-day, or maybe an employee is sick and an unhappy temp has to replace them. Based on my repeat positive experiences, I actually think the management and staff themselves deserve credit for a pretty positive service culture. The store doesn't always have what I've need in stock right away, but they've got the needed parts delivered same day or next day 100% of the time reliably. I also find the prices pretty reasonable. I do wish the batteries lasted longer, but at least they're pretty transparent with how long you can expect them to last. Recommended.

Been shopping here for a few years now. The staff are really helpful especially Mario, helped me and took the time to answer any questions i had, also took the time to look up any parts on The computer for my vehicle. Overall the staff are very helpful.
Good selection with prices a bit high. Workers polite but not helpful in store as they stayed behind counter and no help was offered.

On 06/01 just before closing, I went to get wipers for my car. Gentleman at the counter was so nice and helpful. He got me good wipers( according to him) and installed it for me right away. I couldn t be happier!
Terrible service! Today I went to take my battery to charge and the young man who helped me told me that it would be ready in 2 hours and that they were going to call me. The 2 hours passed and they never called me. Then I went to pick it up a little before they closed and they didnt. They told me that they didnt charge it, they gave it to me like that and when I put it in my car, thats when I realized that they hadnt charged it. I just wasted my time.
I ve been putting off getting new headlight bulbs because the process felt daunting came in dreading having to figure it out, Mark immediately helped me find the right bulbs and he even replaced them for me. THANK YOU. Wow. Five stars.
Rude staff and dirty store. Claimed they could not do a battery change because they lack the technology. Autozone replaced my battery 4 years prior with a simple ratchet. Gave them a second chance with my wifes car battery. Claimed they could not do anything because they were too busy and will take 2 hours for a change. Nobody was at the store. The laziness and unwillingness to work shows. AVOID going @ any OReilly. Another store close by did the same thing after they told us on the phone they could do it.

I had an excellent experience yesterday, Labor Day, at around 12:30 pm at the Mountain View store in the shopping center next to Petco. I came in with a key fob that had somehow fallen apart. The woman behind the counter who assisted me (wish I could remember the name!!), of S. Asian/Indian descent, took the time to re-assemble it for me so it was good as new! Saved me at a minimum a couple hours time going to the dealers, and maybe a couple hundred dollars as well. So, big shout out to this employee! Went over and beyond. I hope management sees this and promotes her and/or gives her a raise. Couldnt be happier.
Exceptional service. Rafael even changed my wipers, because I had difficulty to do so. You can t beat that customer service. Thank you, I will always use that store. It s worth it!

They wouldnt accept my 1 gal of used oil because they dont have space left. I understand the tank where they dump the oil was full and they couldnt empty my container there. This we dont take the container, just the oil policy is nonsense. In this particular case they should offer to keep the container and dispose of it together with the oil, rather than having the customer take another trip to the store on a different day hoping there will be space in the tank then.
Guy at counter with long hair was racist. Didn t even answer basic questions. Worst experience ever.

This store is the closes to my house, but by far the worst customer service this guy mario the manager doesnt know what a hek he is doing cant belive he is the manager..... no experience, doesnt know how to take care of a customer. Poor service

The gentlemen at this particular OReillys were quite helpful and they initiated! Nothing more I hate going into a store, Home Depot comes to mind and the workers flee when they see an once of help needed in your eyes! This store the technician and his Manager were very helpful and with a great demeanor! I will pass the other two OReillys on El Camino and head straight to this one on California, I suggest you all do the same! Great people, great store! BRAVO!

Tried to sell me an alternator I didnt need. Went down the street to Midas who confirmed I didnt need it, and gave me a battery for $40 less than what OReilly quoted me. Dishonest employees trying to rip you off--dont go here.

This store used to be worth going too ordered a gasket 3 times wrong taking 4 days time fir nothing in the end update ur system and hire productive people. I hate waiting in line as 3 empoyees stand there watching one work

My Honda CRV 2005 ceiling light bulb burnt out. Th guy gave me a part number of 7440. I bought it and it turns out completely wrong. Its my stupidity of course - I should have taken the broken one out before coming to store. It was late and the store was almost closed. I was in a hurry. But the guy was really irresponsible!
Standard OReilly Auto Parts store. This location does accept used motor oil for recycling.
All vehicle accessories are available here. Very friendly staff and ready to help. Lots of parking space in that complex. Quality of the product is guaranteed. Bit pricey. But worth for the price.
Helped us change our car battery. Service was free of charge and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. The guy who helped us was very nice as well. Great service!

Car was having trouble starting, took it here, Diego checked out battery and alternator, and replaced bad battery. I know its a simple repair, and they do this many times a day, but it was quick and efficient, and they deserve kudos for making my life easier and cheaper.

Was sourcing an injection pump (Which is not cheap, anywhere. Price here was ok). The car I have requires checking some serial numbers to get the right part, not just the model/year. Guy on the line knew what was up, and had his act together- this wasnt the case with the first OReillys I called. Managed to get the part, same day, which was critical for me. Excellent experiance.
