We took our rv to get it repaired from a breaking problem and they were really helpful and fast turnaround am glad I was able to do business with them very pleased and hope to do business with them again and the staff was really helpful i recoment this place if your looking for a place to fix your rv thank you guys we are happy campers again

This place is great. I had a slide-out gear box go out and they put me on the schedule right away and sent someone out to the rv park we were staying in within a week! The repair only took one hour. The price was more than fair.

This is, hands down, one of the best shops Ive worked with. They managed to fix my windshield wipers (due to a Thor manufacturing flaw and subsequent recall). I thought they were fixed b/c another tech did the recall work and replaced the motor and got it working okay. The second time we used them, the wipers fell over and got stuck AGAIN! John correctly diagnosed the problem and the office staff worked diligently to get the parts available. The repair took two weeks due to all of the back and forth with Thor and shipping delays. RV Restore and Repair was on top of everything. They called me back, kept me apprised of new information, and finally fixed my wipers. They work now when were on the highway! Thank you for such a fantastic job and great service!

In late 2017 they replaced my grey/black tank valves, but managed to cut the tank monitor wiring in the area of work. When I discovered this a year later, they charged me to fix there mess up, saying I was past my 90 day warranty...

Im in the process of suing RV restore n repair and reporting to the BBB. I literally had to take my RV to a reputable shop and get my work done properly a 2nd time. If you zoom in on the pics you will see where their worker failed to put in all the screws on the window frame. If you can not do a job to factory specs do not take the job.
