Good place to have work done in oil changes and not too expensive
Don't go to this place. They scam you with the price they wanted to charge $2000 fix the gas tank for my ford . When I paid $500 some where else. DONT GO THERE!! THEY SCAM YOU !!
Been going here for years. Good service. Not great about communication sometimes though
Went there yesterday for an oil change they stole a brand new cart out of our car. There's literally beer bottle caps all over the bench outside of their door. I wouldn't recommend this place unless yoy pick having your belongings stolen by the employees working on your car
Horrible mechanic. I paid almost $3,000 in repairs, they share to come back to get an alignment done. I come back, their tool to perform the alignment is not working. Their brilliant solution is to have mechanic from a different shop come and do the alignment. I paid for them to get it done, not a different shop. Also, they say they open at 8. Yet, they don't have anyone that can do car repairs until 9. Oh, and get this, their cashier doesn't come until 10. A joke of a mechanic.
Everything I had done here had to be redone. Ac compressor / Belt / spark plugs / brake switch. DO NOT GO HERE. My last experience here they tried to push me into replacing my brakes. They told me it was urgent… I went to the dealership to get a second opinion. They let me know my brakes still had 80% of their life left. SCAMMERS
So disappointed. The whole area was so cluttered and full of junk that it’s hard to pull into. There was only 1 working bay out of 3. Then the attendant was rude and was trying to tell me that my oil was empty and he wanted me to sign that he isn’t responsible for any damage to my car. No way! I left. I felt so uncomfortable and knew this was a bad idea. Jiffy Lube to the rescue. Their place was organized and clean with friendly staff.
HIGHLY UNETHICAL PRACTICES; this location tried to rob me. I was in town for my father's funeral a few months ago. While I was there, I dropped my mom's car off for a simple oil change. Within minutes, they called to tell me the car was leaking radiator fluid. I gave my approval for them to perform a diagnostic for an additional $80 or so. Half an hour later, they called to tell me there was a hole in the radiator and it would be $800 to repair. When I told them I couldn't afford it, they started walking the price down, which was an immediate red flag to me. I said no thanks and picked up the car (after paying some $150 for the oil change and "diagnostic"). While I was there, one of the mechanics told me the car was unsafe to drive in its condition and I was risking blowing up the engine. I took the car to a different auto shop and was told there was no such problem. A few days later, the car passed smog and safety inspections with flying colors. As I'm writing this review, I'm seeing numerous other one-star reviews talking about the same kind of unethical practices. I think it's only a matter of time before this place gets sued straight out of business.
