My experience was good until I picked up the car. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly. She told me the car was out the door to the left. I couldn't find it and had to use the emergency horn to locate it. The front desk person could be friendly and direct a customer to the car or have someone bring the car up for the customer. Customer service is very important.

Good experience overall. Friendly sales dept. We worked with Frank and you can tell he cares about customer satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and kind, making sure we were comfortable and happy, especially our 5 year old.

This dealership is a total bait and switch. Came in with a friend who was looking to buy a CRV Hybrid. We saw one we liked on their website for approximately $41,500. The car had about $6,000 in useless add ons like “ceramic” coating and a GPS tracker that magically can’t be removed. Their first quote was around $51,000 out the door which is insane for a CRV. They play the typical car salesman tricks which doesn’t work in this day and age. After the sleazy sales manager said they can only reduce the add ones down a couple hundred bucks and wouldn’t take lower than MSRP we left. Went to another dealership the next day with no add ons and got $2,500 off msrp on the same car. Beware that they don’t list their add ons on their website and they’re trying to force you to buy these add ons which barely cost them a couple hundred bucks. They also push CarDoc insanely hard which also can’t be negotiated. This dealership still thinks it’s 2020 and that CRVs are as rare as a Ferrari.

I came to Morgan Hill's Honda dealership and arrived to great customer service by Michael Delgrado. With his assistance and immense patience, we were able to purchase a brand new 2025 car. I highly recommend his services to new and old buyers alike!

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. We were met quickly by the floor manager, but handed off to another associate soon after. Victory Honda had the exact model and color I was interested in. We were offered a lightly used lower price choice, but decided against it. Negotiating away the extra cost dealer add-ons took some time, but in the end I was satisfied with the price and made the purchase. Only later realized the vehicle wasn't delivered with full fuel.

3/4/2025 Update: Despite the response below from Victory Honda, they never reached out or followed through on assisting. Not one person reached out to assist. But after weeks of calling Honda’s main office and them referring me to the dealership which I told them was not returning any type of contact to me they were able to override the need for the dealership’s assistance and after working with them for two weeks and with various departments I am happy to say I finally received the credit I was promised 2 months and 10 days after it was promised, without any assistance from the dealership. So my final edit. The purchase process was smooth but the follow through was terrible. I leased a Honda Prologue on December 22, 2024. I was informed that a $750 EV charging credit came with the lease. In the past 41 days I have reached out via text, email, and phone calls with me being the only one that follows up after contact because I am told by Sal or John that will follow up and get back to me. They do not. This happened on 3 occasions now. At this point I don’t know anything in terms of if they have done anything to resolve the situation, if they have contacted their business department, or when the credit will arrive. Needless to say it is very frustrating and I feel as if once the purchase was complete I was of no importance to them anymore. I write this to let anyone know who is reading this to be aware of the type of dealership you are purchasing from. They will be eager and courteous while you are there for the purchase but once the deal is closed they no longer have any regard for you. This is disappointing because the in store experience was quite pleasant.

I recently took my car to Victory Honda for service, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Allan Garcia went above and beyond to help us get a part my car needed. He quickly ordered the part, and it arrived within just two days. Even better, my car was fixed in under an hour! Allan was incredibly helpful, informative, and made the entire process hassle-free. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for future service. Huge thanks to Allan for all of his assistance — we really appreciate it!

I had the worst experience at this Honda location and they lost long term customers. I buy cars for my company for our employees to use as company cars. I was looking to purchase 7-10 cars the next year with the next trusted car dealership I find. I was in contact with Jesus Ruiz. He wouldn't explain the numbers to be because he expressed it was difficult to explain. All the while I was able to easily receive quotes from other dealerships. I carved time out of my working day to drive down to Morgan Hill and see the vehicle and talk about numbers. I expressed many times to him before I went in that i need to get numbers so we can get the financials approved from our management and I was not able to sign when I went in. After I went in, he asked for the company's history, tax information, business card, my license etc without explaining what he was doing with that information. He came out with papers for me to sign and we started discussing numbers. He explained the 2025 Honda Civic MSRP, and additional fees that were added on. For the BASE model 2025 Honda Civic Touring he was charging me 42,000 out the door. I showed him the other dealerships quotes with the 2025 honda civic sports touring offering me 32,000 out the door. Jesus got angry we had been asking other dealerships quotes and said "you never told me you had quotes to begin with". After telling him our situation and our max we pay for company cars, I told him we wouldn't be able to go with his pricing and we would have to buy cars elsewhere. John Moreno came in and started doing discounts with us saying what additional fees he was willing to take out and that brought our price down to 37,000 which was still above what we have been paying for cars. We told him thank you and we will contact him again if we are interested. Different managers were calling me from the store discussing different quotes and told me they'll see what they can do etc. I explained our situation again and that pay x amount for cars and that's our max. The salesman agreed to that number so I asked if he can send me another physical quote so we can submit that for funding. I received these horrendous text messages. This dealership does not have any customer service and so unprofessional.
