Travis and Saul came out to repair my furnace and relocate my line set and did a great job. Kept me updated through the process and made sure they tested everything and showed me the work they did. Highly recommend!

Issac showed up right before the appointment time and briefly chatted what kind of issue we are having and general questions regarding the HVAC system we have. Then he quickly walked me through the items that he is going to check. Issac was very patient and clear when explaining different areas of the inspection and made sure I understand, especially the parts we should pay attention to in a daily basis. The service was great and super professional. Very polite and friendly. Always had the shoe wraps on when in the house. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I described my concerns with an existing system to the dispatcher. I then scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment arrives and the technician says the problem is out of his scope. He needs to get further guidance from his office. He left without doing anything but promised Modern Air would reach out to me to discuss. That was four days ago. I am out several hours of work and they never bothered to contact me.

This was the second time I used Modern Air - and once again, it was awesome! Billy was able to diagnose the issue with my heater and order the appropriate part. At both the diagnosis and installation appointments, he took the time to explain exactly what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. Modern Air is definitely on my list for any future HVAC issues.

Day of installation, the Modern Air guys were extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. They got the job done quickly and are working proactively to address an unexpected issue.
