After a failed order attempt and the worst car buying experience with Livermore Ford that started back in June of 2024, I tried again with The Ford Store Morgan Hill. I made custom built on Ford.com and sent it to The Ford Store Morgan Hill for ordering and purchase on a Friday night 11/22/24, I was promptly contacted the next morning by a fantastic sales representative, Don Ouaneoudone. Don was extremely professional, very responsive and kept me in the loop the entire 3 month process from ordering to production to delivery. Kudos to the finance manager too, it was by far the fastest and most efficient paperwork signing process ever. I love that you don’t have to negotiate/hagle any prices and they don’t look for ways to hike the prices or sell you stuff you don’t need. They start at the MSRP price and looks for ways to discount you as much as they could. This should be the business model for ALL dealerships! 10/10 buying experience and I highly recommend The Ford Store Morgan Hill to all friends and family or anyone who is looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. Juan was very professional, friendly from the begining of our transaction to the end. Juan worked diligently to find us a vehicle we can afford and that we would feel comfortable with for our needs. He was very persistent and he followed up with us continually for several weeks. I really appreciated that he took into consideration that I had undergone a surgery and I was unable to fill out the credit application. I really appreciated Juan taking the time to send me an email wishing me a speedy recovery. He was patient with us and never came across as being a pushy sales person which really appreciate. My husband and I went to the Ford store of Morgan Hill to check out an amazing deal we saw online for the end of the year sale.
