Universal Auto Repair in Morgan Hill

Nope ....let me tell you I showed up one night and asked for help my tire was going flat (photo included)....the man working there said nope sorry we're closed....I mean if you're a professional I'm sure it doesn't happen everyday....all I needed was help putting air in my tire....he shut the door and turned me away....that's shitty customer service....a lady by herself and it was getting dark out....I would've paid him....instead he just closed the garage bay door.....I'm glad I have AAA and they came out and helped me....but when it happened I panicked and just needed help...I've been in customer service for 32 years and I've never been that cold to someone needing help....I wouldn't give this car repair shop my business... I could recommend a good shop in San Jose ....they're exceptional. ..B&C Auto Center they're absolutely the best shop I've been to 👍🏾
