DO NOT GO HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!! I don't know how they got 4.8 stars but they absolutely do not know how to communicate. I called 3x, left voicemails, texted but no answer. After they finally answered they said they would call me back in 15 mins. 3 hours later I call them. They state they can't send paperwork to a PO box. That should not matter as I was physically there in person to sign and take delivery of the truck. They do not know how to do out of state paperwork. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE. They didn't even know how to put Chrysler employee discount in the system. I should have went else where now my loan is going to be switched by the bank and I am extremely upset.
After servicing my husbands truck for a recall (fuel pump and tailgate latch), we got it home and everything seemed fine. The next morning my husband tried to start his truck for work and it wouldn’t even turn over. Dead battery. He tried to jump it but the battery arced like a welder to the jumper truck. When we called, the service department ignored my husband. After several attempts he went into the store and was basically told “too bad so sad” because it had left the lot and it was no longer their problem. So disappointed with the service department and will not recommend them!
Dropped my car off for service and a brake issue on Friday. I was told that there was a possibility they might need it over the weekend as they were swamped (even though I made an appointment in advance) . However, no one called me on Friday. It's Monday I've called them 10 times throughout the day, and on the times it didn't get diverted to a full mailbox, I was promised someone would get back to me. They are closed now - and still no one has called and I have no idea if I can drive to work tomorrow!!! I highly recommend using Normandin Chrysler instead. I just wanted to give business to the local store.
Chris was super friendly, personable, and a great person to have greet people in the front. He constantly checked in with me about what the status of my car was. This was the first time anyone at any dealership had actually kept me updated on what part of the service they were at. The fact that the entire service took a while didn't bother me because Chris really went above and beyond.
I got my Jeep Sahara serviced at their new building. Chris was there to accommodate me. He told me to wait in the waiting area. While he’ll pull up the needed papers before they’ll start servicing my Jeep. The waiting area was so relaxing. He even offers free drinks while waiting. Such a friendly guy! He makes sure that they’ll have everything done within 2 hours. He constantly updates me on what needs to be replaced while I’m there and explains everything down to my tires. He explained every detail of what should be a top priority and what to expect in my next service. I had a good experience! Thank you again, Guys! See you again at my next service!
A+ experience @ Morgan Hill CDJR. Came here for a Jeep Wave service. Great customer service, work was on time/on schedule, brand new facility. Winning combination, found my new service center. Special shout-out to Chris in service. Great dude!
I got my Jeep Wrangler serviced at this place twice after purchasing the car from the associated dealership and both times i was very happy with the service. The advisor Chris is very friendly and explained details on timing well. Both times i waited at their facility which offers free coffee and snacks. A good place for keeping your car in good shape.
Just did a 90k service here plus windshield replacement. It was my first visit. There is definitely a different atmosphere here than the SJ and Fremont dealers that I have visited in the past. It is very friendly and they seem like a tighter close knit team. It is a small place so the front office tends to be an active and busy spot with a lot going on but they are moving to a bigger facility soon. My service coordinator was Chris. He was extremely friendly and helpful and was very responsive if I texted or called him for a status update. He even sent me a picture of Ruby on the lift. I liked the fact that I was able to book an appointment online for a few days out. The SJ and Fremont dealers were giving me dates that were weeks out. I can definitely recommend this business and it would be my intention to use them for my Rubicons going forward.
