Auto Solutions in Morgan Hill

When my cars warranty ended I started to bring it to auto solutions. They are always honest about what my car needs and when it needs it. I never feel pressure. My entire family also takes their cars here to be serviced.

Auto Solutions has been the best! A friend recommended them and we will not go anywhere else. They are very honest and don’t try to suggest unnecessary work. Always friendly and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend them.

This place is great. Very friendly and very reasonable. I’ve taken my Lexus in here multiple times and always pay what they estimate on the dot. Usually 25% of what the dealership quotes me. I will continue to come back, always happy!

Love Auto Solutions! They always take care of us, and we trust them with our car. For one incident we had thought it could have been a lot of work, but it wasn’t. They only did what was needed, which made us feel more confident and happier having them as our go-to mechanic. Note: they are popular and you will need to book an appointment. So call and book an appointment as soon as you think you need to book it. That’s how good and popular they are!

Brought my car here for a tire rotation. The entire process was painless and seamless. I needed a ride back home and they organized one for me. (Note: You must live in Morgan Hill to qualify for a ride.) I didn't need to ask again on the day I brought my car to them as they had already noted this on my reservation. Several hours later, I received a call, saying my car was ready. Same thing in terms of Justin picking me up. It was easy. Had my car back in no time flat. I've brought my old car before this new one to AS in the past and have a always been impressed with their workmanship and service. I recommend them.

I've had a couple of vehicles serviced/repaired here with good results. Fix right the first time. Ready within estimated time with original estimated price (one was actually reduced for tge same scope of work). They will install parts you buy/supply. Friendly staff. Update/progress calls. Local to/from rides. I'd refer a tone here.

Scott and his crew are always on point. Never try and upsale but let you know possible future things to watch out for. Amanda In the reception area is always welcoming and always remembers my name. Price has always been fair. Awesome family business.

I do believe the other reviews that these are honest mechanics and that they are fixing the right problem in vehicles. My problem (that other reviews have not mentioned) is that they are now charging to diagnose the problem. It is exactly like the dealership does $120 to check out the noise your vehicle is making. When I called to make the appointment for my husbands truck I was never told over the phone that they were charging to diagnose problems now. I had taken my car in a few months back for a rattle in the air-conditioning. When I took it by they said to make an appointment and they would take a look. Come to find out it was a leave stuck and they charged me $60! Wow! I thought I had found my small town mechanic for our vehicles. So when we came back to pick up my husbands truck, they diagnosed the problem as an exhaust leak, they said $120 please? They even had my husband sign a waiver about the $120 during drop-off (which my husband thought I knew about because I made the appointment, but I never would have OK'ed it), so when we complained they said "you signed it." I told them we wouldn't be coming back and keep your $120 because you just lost out on years of business from our vehicles and they said "Ok." I understand they spent time looking at the truck but then as a small business you say we will waive the $120 if you let us fix the truck for the $800 they want. We would have said, sure fix it. Does this make sense to anyone else. So now we spent $120+the $800!! I don't think so - never again! We went next door to Franks and they don't charge to diagnose problems, so we won't be back to Auto Solutions.
