I walked in and was helped right away. They had the part I needed for my car, which was a 4 year warranty battery. And I know they stand behind their batteries. Cause I've had one fail. And a no hassle return that gave me a brand new one.And that 1 to this day still working great in my car. Absolutely terrible service. My dad went in to replace his brakes and rotors which had a lifetime warranty and the guy helping him was incredibly rude. Wouldn’t even look into the warranty and denied a replacement even though the brakes were bad and creating issues with the rotors. When he asked him who his district manger was he just pointed to the door and told him to look there. My son and dad went to the Gilroy store instead and they were super helpful and able to confirm the lifetime warranty and replace the parts with no hassle. Thank you Gilroy for being patient, welcoming, and honorable. Dissatisfied with the service in Morgan Hill.
Went in to buy oil and a filter the man at the desk didn't greet me didn't seem to know about cars gave me the wrong part # for my oil filter even when I asked for OE "Original Equipment" when I checked out he didn't even give me a bag real poor service Do better oreillys this is disappointing I really like the stores location but hire competent help
The manager her was excellent. Helped me out to my car with my new battery. Great service.
