Napa requires the customer to save your tool purchase receipt, and the customer is required to go to the original store of purchase to ask for the limited lifetime warranty on hand tools such as a 3/8" drive ratchet with a defective socket release button. In the future, I'll buy my tools somewhere else.

The guys at the counter helped me identify usable bearings for a early 40s trailer that was modified by scraping gunk off the bearing and cross referenced the bearing that wasn't made anymore with a new bearing everything fit the first time and I only made one trip these guys are outstanding.

Updated these guys did the right thing and finally fixed this situation. Yayyyy bravo! I will update this review once I am in touch with the manager. I typically only like to leave good reviews because the world should know when someone or company is doing awesome so they get more business because it’s only right. Now I order parts from many different places . I have ordered over thousands of dollars of parts from Napa in the last month. My most recent purchase i gave the associate all the info about the truck and the parts I needed. We had to order them. Mechanic goes to install and it’s not the right parts. Now is it the customers fault napa system either ordered it wrong or the employee? Napa is not open on the weekend so I had to wait. Get the parts finally over to Napa and the employee goes to tell me he cannot return it because it looks like it was installed. Yeah of course it was trying to be installed i mean that’s what we bought the parts for isn’t it? He said to come back during the week to speak to the manager. So i did. And he left early for the day. so I have to go back a 4th time (once to order and now 3 times to fix this issue). I’m a very busy person my father passed away and I’ve taken over a lot of responsibility here I don’t have a whole lot of time to be haggling back-and-forth. That is very sad that a company would make the customer suffer and struggle to return or exchange something that the company ordered wrong. I am a employed person and I understand the value of customers And the value of my employees. I would trust they will be able to make the decision especially when they see the customer has a receipt and is in and out of there all the time that pays from her good hard earned money. I am not one to judge but numbers dont lie and employee theft is at all time high. Is that why there is no wiggle room to take car of your paying customer?

Always helpful and if they don't have what you need they'll get it by tomorrow usually. They have a lot of parts for commercial applications that aren't on display. Just ask and they'll help with many odd requests, like 32" RV wipers or generator parts...

Awful service. I called for a part to be delivered to my repair shop down the road. Brandon of Napa said yea we will get that taken care of right away and send the part to my repair shop --- 1.5 hours later, I get a call that my repair shop had not even heard from Napa. Long story short, I called Napa multiple times and got put on hold, hung up on, and told "we don't give discounts" and are busy with customers who are currently in the store even though I ordered the battery several hours before. Bad customer service. Don't go here. I won't.
