This place is great. The people are great. The service is great. I came down to MoHill from SJ and passed two other Jeep dealerships (that suck) just so I could deal with professional people who actually care. Jim in the service department is a stud and helped me get a part that all the other surrounding dealers just said, "well looks like we don't have it in stock."....not one tried to find it for me. Jim at Jeep in Morgan Hill though...he got it for me in a matter of days. The other dealers I had been calling for months. I'll make the trip to come here from now on. Oh and they have a brand new facility that's arguably one of the nicest dealerships I've ever been in.

Parts Department Manager Jim Robertson has been great to deal with. Through the tough times of supply chain shortage he patiently ordered a lot of accessories for my Jeep Gladiator - because Jeep offers a lot of stuff for their Gladiators and Wranglers. Thank you Jim.

Besides the quick and painless service process, i was thoroughly impressed with the way all staff members were welcoming and seemingly genuinely went out of their way to check with me that i was getting assistance and that a host of hospitality items were at my disposal. My Service Manager Chris kept me up to date on the progress without me having to initiate checkin, which is huge from a customer perspective. I have been extremely happy with my choice to take my vehicle to the CW shop which 40mins away, rather than the dealership 5mins from my home.

Very friendly and polite. Made my finance easier than i thought. I got straight to the point on what my monthly budget was and what i was willing to drop in the down payment and amazingly they made sure i drove home with what i was looking for.

Seen a yukon on car gurus that I liked, when I called Chris told me they would match my down payment upto $3000 for they're cyber Monday sale, so naturally I thought that was a great deal and I submitted my credit application, told them I had great Credit and a good chunk down, after submitting the credit app and taking the ding on my credit chris told me he "misunderstood" his manager and that it was actually NO payments for 3 months, I told him I don't need 3 months off, that I rather have the matching down payment upto $3k, they said since they screwed up they would take only $1500 off the asking price, i asked if they could take atleast $2000 off and call it a sealed deal,i would take it, they said no and no so I told them forget the whole deal, well low and behold they ended up dropping the price by $2k and sold it. Never again, I will never give these guys my hard earned money. Thanks for nothing chris and sales manager Adam, next time know your job and sales promotions before leading people on!!

My experience at this dodge/jeep was very pleasant. I was treated with respect and honesty, they gave me the best options for my budget and liking. I traded in my 2020 Camry and they gave me a great deal for my trade in. The time for the paperwork was fast and sufficient. They made it very quick and easy for me. I love my new durango!

Had my 2020 RAM1500 warranty service for broken sunvisor on 9/6/22. Originally shop had me promise to stop by with no appt needed for quick 5 min. install of part but ended up dropping off truck because they were short staff and couldn’t do it at my 9am appt. time slot. Anyway got the truck back end of day was satisfied overall with installation but found the new sunvisor had couple of dirt marks from install that I ended up cleaning (no biggie). I hope in future somebody can have a final look at install make sure it’s done correctly and clean before handing it back to customer.
