AutoZone Auto Parts in Morgan Hill

I know absolutely nothing about cars and Haydn was so incredibly helpful with helping me find one of my parts. Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at an Autozone. Usually I feel embarrassed about asking for help but Haydn was so understanding and made it so easy.

Never have my special order parts when they say they would.

Went to Autozone in MH yesterday and when I walked in there was RAP music playing with constant offensive language being sung and was really surprised that the use of MF, and the F word and other swear words were constantly being played. So disappointed to have to be subjected to this type of environment. I didn't say anything to the young man behind the counter but felt I should say something to management to make them aware of a negative customer experience. Not sure I will go back.

They thought they didn’t have what I was looking for since it was such Unusual part that I needed. The associate took it upon himself to try to help me find alternatives to our surprise they had what I needed in the first place, which was awesome. Thanks guys! Normally I have no problem with the place. however when you reserve a tool for the next day and they confirm it is there. But they did not understand the difference between a vacuum gauge and a vacuum pump. It screws up your day of work scheduled. It sucks.

AutoZone is my Favorite Part Store! This Store was Very Clean & Sanitized and had the parts i needed in stock!

Ordered a few turn signal lights for my truck...they were out of stock and said they would order for me..they called me the next day to notify me they were in. I took a few days to get them, when I finally did I was surprised to find the person I spoke to orders a 10 pack of lights for me! The person behind the counter was apologetic and with a few clicks on the computer was able to determine they had also restocked their 2 pack set of lights and took care of me. I was able to pop them right in and they work perfectly.
