Great place! I had to bring my totaled car here and everyone was so friendly. Drop off took only a short time, which I appreciated. I had to knock off 1 star because it took us 3x telling them to release my car to be taken away. I did it over the phone one day, in person the next day, and then after a week I had to do it again. Which delayed my insurance payment and tow truck pick up an extra week. I would def come here again and recommend this shop though.

My car met with an accident. They didn't even repair my car from inside and took the entire money. When I told the insurance company and me that my car hasn't been repaired completely, they said, we had repaired it completely, now I don't know. I am very upset with their work that they did not do my work properly. My car is not in good condition at all. I would have got it fixed somewhere else myself. I would have been better off getting it repaired from somewhere else at a much lower rate. This was a huge mistake. I took my car here and got it repaired and the cost was also very high.

Pedro worked on my SUV. The service and workmanship was exceptional. It looked like new. Thanks Pedro for getting my car to me on time for my road trip the next day .

My wife had an accident and we took it to advanced auto body they connected with our insurance and everything was covered, they did a great job , and they were fast and efficient I would definitely recommend them

Highly recommended to not come to Advanced Auto Body shop. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the receptionist to the sales representatives, everyone here is unbelievably unprofessional. I’ve been coming here for the past 2-3 months and they still haven’t fixed the issue with my car. This is my fifth or sixth visit, and each time they assure me the car will be fixed, but it never is. Last time, I spoke with the owner, Megan, who was actually helpful and managed to resolve the issues. She promised that everything would be sorted out this time. I’m here now to pick up my car, and I’m just hoping this nightmare ends today. The only person who seems to care about the customers is Megan, the owner. If you do decide to come to this location, insist on speaking with her directly. However, be warned that the staff will do everything in their power to prevent you from reaching her because they don’t want the owner to know how poorly they treat customers. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to waste your time and deal with unprofessional staff.

I have been going to this place for body work on my cars, for decades. It has always delivered great quality and service. I highly recommend them and they are locals owned.

My 2018 Volt started the process to repair a rear quarter panel and bumper yesterday. The estimate process, part ordering and intake of my vehicle have inspired me to start a review for them. First of all, no repair shops in the San Jose area could schedule the repair before mid to end of September. Advanced Auto body was able to get me in as soon as the parts arrived. About a week. Yesterday I dropped my car off just after the lunch hour and was given a ride all the way back to South San Jose. That is service "above and beyond" in my opinion. My service representative, Luis, has made sure that I am informed at every step in this process. I look forward to finishing this review once I have my baby back!

There alright. Ha jk. They were amazing! I was hit n the other drivers insurance took4ever to pay. Advanced auto body not only dealt with the insurance ppl for me, but gave me awesome results. Sad that I wasn't able to rent a car thru them due to the type of insurance the other party had/ had to pay out of pocket n was later reimbursed. The young man who helped me had a lot of experience.(he was able to tell my car had work done b4).. They did give my key to another costumer, so I wasnt able to pick up my car as soon as it was done with, but was given a starbucks card for their mistake. Very nice ppl/great costumer service.
