Had the CVT transmission on my 2021 Malibu serviced today. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided. Michelle was a pleasure to work with. The work was done quickly at a fair price and Michelle even took the time to show me the old filter and fluid when the work was done. The car runs noticeably smoother which I wasn't expecting, this definitely highlights the importance of maintenance on the CVT transmissions. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be using them again!

It’s always hard to find a good mechanic that does good work and is trustworthy. A friend recommended me to give this shop a try and I’m glad I did. My transmission needed work done And they were able to fix the issue. It has been over a year since the repair and everything is working just fine. I recently needed my water pump replaced and they were able to get that job done for a reasonable price compared to other shops. The best selling point for the shop I believe is Michelle. Her customer service skills are great and to me that goes a long way. I will continue to come here for my repair needs and I will recommend everyone without hesitation to get work done here as well.

I took my work van for tranny replacement with hard parts,6800.$ later around a yr or 14 montjs my tranny went out,.i didnt bother to take it back,i put an upgrafe tranny myself instead.4800,to 6800,of course the bill u for the high price. The lady that answer the phone quotes u 4800, then gives u the sad story but if u need hardpart it cost more,dont understand why.dont go there

Michelle and her team are always well ahead of the game. It's no wonder when you walk into their shop. And they've got 10 years plus of awards of excellent work ethic. But it goes beyond this, I'll explain. I've delivered gasoline for 30 years for one company. We're only allowed one mistake. Protocol tell us not to come back to work If mistake, number 2 is performed.. Just goes beyond customer service that should be put out 100% This company that I worked for paid Well, surely they did not play around. I know the meaning of excellent customer service. It is absolutely Gand it's still honored to this day with companies that push out trillions of dollars a year. On the other Hand there are Very few shops like michelle's an her team my tran-e. Whose customer service stood out to me Like the sunrise that is no funny little expression to take lightly or to laugh at! Tooth and nail Michelle's team when after my Chrysler 300 until they found the issue. Putting their foot down on top of it. They took care of me 100 % mind you this took a month and a half to find, the most excellent thing about this is that her and her team did not have to do this.They could have said "Hey we can't find the problem. Give it to somebody else" easily they could have told me that! Her team did not give up. They brainstormed the issue that they were challenged with found and met their expectations! It was handled delt with and completed! I'm here to tell you and my point of saying, all of this is this- this small business is no joke! They are serious about their customer satisfaction and they're work. That's not just a fancy phrase to put out there so catchy that it may sound. I don't have enough words to push out how excellent the actually really are! Everywhere else wanted to take me for my money or simply just didn't have enough business intelligence and knowledge as to what they do to handle the issues , it's as simple as that!
