Franklin Street Tire & Auto in Monterey

Dropped by after getting a puncture in our tire and needed to go back home on the same day (70 miles north). Unfortunately it was too far gone to repair and the shop didn't have a new tire, but a used one. However, after contacting the local dealership where we got our car from, turns out they had one in stock. The mechanic was concerned about our safety and didn't feel comfortable putting the runflat back on. I made a suggestion to borrow the used tire, get the new tire on, and bring the used one back and they accepted. Thanks for helping us get back on our way, and here is the proof that we returned the tire, hopefully it was still there.

this place is a horror house ,they want to sell me tiers without telling me the brand nor the condition of it. the white guy has a bad mouth and use F....worth's all over. if you expect some respect from your tier shop DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP

I was recently out at Laguna Seca and got a flat due to a puncture. I called Franklin Street Tire & Auto and they were able to immediately help me in patching my tire so I could return to the track. Their service was top notch. Not only were they very friendly, but they were able to help me very quickly so I could get back to the track to enjoy the rest of the day. Thanks for the great service

This place is wonderful. Great service, great value. I will not go anywhere else to buy or repair my tires.
