Jiffy Lube in Monterey

Stopped by to check the oil level in my car after the oil light was coming on. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Thank you!

I pulled up at 5:30. They come up and ask what I want. I respond with an oil change then they tell me they need to close at 6 and can't do my oil change. There were 3 guys in the garage. One guy is emptying trash, another guy tiding up a work station; they're doing obvious closing work. Dude just didn't want to do my oix change because they closed in half an hour when they advertise a "15 minute oil change". I ended up going elsewhere and got it done for less money and less hassle. I won't be back.

Great staff, professional and friendly, very speedy service. An Oil Change at Walmart takes an hour sometimes, it's much less time here.

I had a GREAT experience at Monterey Jiffy Lube on Munras. Fast, friendly and very professional. They even vacuumed and washed the windows, all at a price less than I expected! Highly recommended them!

Top Notch! They truly take care of you here. Been getting my oil change here for 4 years now, and every time was a smooth and awesome experience! Brought my Cadillac SUV today for an emergency visit for my tires and washer fluid refill. Jose was the best!!! He took care of me right away and did the job so quick I didn't even realize he started and finished within minutes. Thank you guys for the 5 star experience all the time! The best!

My car broke down just up the hill at an intersection, and both Angel and John rushed up to help push it down and into the shop. They quickly ordered a replacement starter and had it installed within a few hours. Their service was professional, efficient, and dependable. They even applied a $50 coupon. I’m extremely grateful to these gentlemen and the excellent service they provided. Highly recommend this place. Thank you! :-)

Highly recommended. Extremely professional, efficient, and super speedy service. A rarity these days to go into a car service business and leave feeling that you have not been taken advantage of or charged for services that you did not need.
