I am not usually impressed by jiffy, but this is not your average jiffy lube. The folks working here give extraordinary care to the customers cars, vacuuming the floor mats and cleaning all glass. Definitely wil return.

Even if ya know a guy they always find a way but one of the only places that will do fluid flushes. With getting a new older cars only recomend paying the extra and getting all the fluids flushed and replaced once from them and dont forget to double check your fluids afterwards

Rude and aggressive. Police had the road shut down at the entrance. So I carefully entered from Fremont, which is where most cars exit. A guy that works there came over and told me I entered the wrong way. I told him I know, I was careful, but the police have the street shut down. He continued to reprimand me saying that it was the way cars normally exit. I said I understand, but the entrance is shut down. It was the only way to enter and I was careful. But he continued. I said if you want, I can take my business elsewhere. He said that s fine and walked away. Trying to find a manager, I saw the lady that usually helps me when I check in. I told her that I didn t think it was appropriate to be reprimanded, and that the police have the street shut down. She says she knows, there was a fire down the street. He came back over and interrupted my conversation with her and was aggressive. I don t need it. I will take my small fleet of vehicles and my personal vehicles elsewhere.

Jiffy Lube in Monterey on Delmonte Ave is my favorite been coming here for years. Better then a dealership. Convenient and Friendly.

Very bad service from the man yesterday in charge of all the stores, I asked and thats what they told me because he was on his phone, he didnt even notice the voltage, let alone help us.

Everyone here was super friendly, and fast. Needed an auto-check before a road trip and they handled everything. I was also able to use coupons which made it the stop super worth it. Would definitely recommend this place. Came on a Sunday and there was no wait time. (First come, first served.)

On this visit what I noticed the car windows was not cleaned as usually was part of a good service . And some times employees look at the age of the car and make decide for these additional services .

Busy time of day but quickly moved the backlog

I went to jiffy lube to get my oil changed. The employee asked if I wanted them to replace the radiator cooling fluid. I said sure since I didn t remember the last time I changed it. Paid and left. Drove my car around doing errands and my engine temperature warning symbol popped up. Pulled over and checked my coolant; the coolant wasn t even filled to the minimum line. Barley anything in it. I trusted jiffy lube to service my car and was extremely disappointed and frustrated. Not sure if they saw that I was a young girl and thought they could scam me or what. This is the second time I ve come to this shop and something like this has happened. Never returning and never recommending this place again.

Went to get my headlight replaced, they got connector grease on the bulb which made it break very soon after

The bathroom was a mess because there was no toilet paper. There was also no place to set my gear, except on the floor. Theres nothing like a total absence of toilet paper and a messy bathroom to ruin the overall experience and leave a sour taste. I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter and she brushed it off. She was definitely cheerful, but she paid no attention to my observation. It was like she was on automatic cheer and there wasnt a thinking person in there. So much for being cheerful.

I really enjoy the service at this location, you have customer loyalty in me (and my friends, neighbors Ive recommended your location to) because of employees who I have gotten to know over 10 years now. However, when I asked for certain employees (females, since I am a female) I was told they were no longer working there. Not knowing circumstances, but knowing the pandemic led to many women leaving the workforce, I can only urge your corportion to pay your employees livable wages to guarantee the success of your business. It is expensive to live in the Monterey Bay Area and recent news articles say one needs $32 an hour to afford rent in my area. Please do a wage study and provide livable wages to keep your excellent employees. I have many choices, yet I go out of my way to your location simply because I trust your employees, if they say I need a service I believe them because I trust them all. Thank you for taking my comments into consideration.

They broke my oil filter and they would not fix it. Dont take your car here.

Fast, professional, knew exactly what to do. Jiffy Lube was faster, friendlier, and more reliable than any dealership I have been to. . . Oh. . they were less expensive, too! For normal car servicing I have never had any issues with Jiffy Lube -they also caught some problems early on in one of my cars and I had it repaired (elsewhere) but it saved me both a hassle of breaking down -and money! PROFESSIONAL and alway A+ for me. Thank you!

I came in for a top off and then asked if they could check my air filter and cabin filter. Both were dirty. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this particular location for a great team!

Customer service is top notch at this location. Really wonderful all the way around. My kids were having a rough day and I was able to have us all stay in the car while they changed the oil and checked fluids etc. Super friendly and accommodating staff, ensured I received discounts that I was eligible for also. Ive been using the Monterey station in Monterey for 1-1/2 years now and have received excellent service. Always courteous, quick, efficient and accurate service. Never try to sell me unnecessary services yet advise when the manufacturers recommendations come up. At one point, my car erroneously told me it was due for service when, in fact, it was early, due to an added service from a previous visit. The techs were honest about that and gave me a date to return. Theyve helped me interpret my new vehicles codes and warning systems. This company is my Go-To maintenance place.

Terribly unprofessional. Got an oil change which went fine but when I got into my car it wouldn t start. I asked an employee to help and while we were figuring it out the other employees (one named Kase) were laughing at me and the situation and making snide comments about the car. Kase was also the person to greet me at the start and was very dismissive. I may not be a car person but laughing and mocking at both myself and his fellow employee was disgusting behavior. Will not be returning to this location.

I ve been going to Jiffy lube for years. The staff is fantastic and work really fast. I like that they explain all the work getting done. I m never there for longer then 30 minutes and they keep record on your vehicle as far as damage goes. I m guessing someone tried to pin something on them. Either way, this is a great spot.

I stopped going to this place for 12 years based on a horrible experience at this location. Only went cause I had no choice. Service was ok but that past experience still lingers. Not sure if I would recommend jiffy lube despite my recent service. Sorry I can t shake what they did to me 10 years ago. It should of never happened. It was horrible. Cat

Did you know that you dont have to hang around and wait for your car to be serviced at Jiffy Lube? I always thought that was the case until the last time I needed a friend to take my car in. She had other plans, so she asked if she could just leave my car and pick it up when it was ready. The answer was yes! It was great that she could continue with her plans with her friends by just dropping my car off, and picking it up later when it was ready. I love Jiffy Lube for that! And by the way, its a much better price than a service station or the dealer. Plus they give out coupons. They keep a record of everything done to my car so I know that alls well. I get a notice by email when its time to have my car serviced again. Im a big believer in Jiffy Lube!

They performed an oil change/filter/fluids/battery quick & uneventfully, then when they went to rotate the tires, they somehow popped one. I had to leave with the donut on. The next morning when I went to get the tire fixed somewhere else, I found a ratchet hanging out of my hood. DO NOT RECCOMMEND

Who was a treat Ive worked in Services industry for a long time and the drive-through lube and oil is I like what what I had experienced

After I left I had weird car problems and called and Jesus came all the way out to Moss Landing to check on my car. It turns out it wasn t anything they did, it was problems with the invisi-brake I had in my car. I felt like this was above and beyond! Thank you Jesus for your help and excellent customer service!

They could be more verbal on their work. I took my car to get oil change and tire rotation i guess they said my car was missing a lugnut on the paperwork but never mentioned it while i was there i didnt know until i sat down and read their notes.

Quick and fast service. Friendly and professional staff. Had my own oil/oil filter and air filter with me. They changed them with no hesitation. I had them replace my battery. I was surprised how inexpensive it cost.

We had tire that was going flat frequently! So this is where they could patch it up for us. It got us from Monterey to Santa Rosa & home.

I guess I had good timing because I drove straight in. 2 guys were running around my car checking tire pressure and fluids and someone under the car changing oil. No time wasted. In and out within a half hour. Maybe a little pricey but there is a coupon on the website.

I was in and out in no time! I just drove right in and was helped right away. Prices are typical for an oil change. Employees were very helpful and understanding when it came time to pay because I do a 2 month old. Definitely will be returning here for future oil changes

Going out of town I had them check oil level & tire pressure, fast service.

They replaced some light bulbs on my car but did not put the light cover back on correctly and it ended up falling off so I now have to replace it. It looks like the operator broke the holds when taking the cover off so it did not go back on properly.
