It's taken me an unfortunately long time to write this review as I've been driving cross country. Before coming to Tom I was in a huge rut. I had to be across the country in 2 weeks and my car was having drivability issues along with the check engine light being on. It was waiting at the Chevy dealership for a part that they told me they had no idea when would arrive. I called Tom's and was immediately able to schedule an appointment with them. When they looked at my car they were able to fix it in a day and charged me less than 200 dollars for something the dealership was quoting at $1,800. I could not recommend this place enough. And would also actively encourage anyone to avoid going to the jiffylube across the street from this location as they were the ones who originally messed up my car (incorrectly installed my air filter)! I wish I could remember the name of the man behind the desk who scheduled my appointment because he was great as well. The employees here were able to reassure me, help me, and save me hundreds of dollars. If u ever have car troubles please seek the help of Tom's Auto Shop!

Very pleased. I'm new to the area and took my vehicle to the dealership and they tried to price gouge me to replace a couple heater hoses. Mark is very pleasant and easy to work with. He ordered the parts and had the hoses changed in an hour. Cost less than 1/3 of what the dealership was charging. Very good communication in explaining the process. Good honest mechanics are hard to find. Thankfully my coworker put me in touch with him. 5 star service.

Really surprised to see such a rude person. Came for diagnostics after car broke down and Mark found problem with transmission, no problem there. Later was given an estimate on the work needed. And when I was just asking normal questions about pricing, he was super rude and telling me that if other places promised me cheaper price. I should go there. I am going through divorce, and big move across the country, and just was trying to figure out how to pay $ 6500 repair costs. Next day Mark emailed me saying that I better go somewhere else.so he refused to provide service. Which surprised me even more, usually places trying to keep clients and help. Instead he told me again and again about his experience but refused to do the job for some reason. Thankfully I found more than one place that could do the same job. 1000$ cheaper. And much faster. The actual transmission shop so they know what they are doing. When I arrived to pick up my car it was moved to the back of the shop. So Mark had to use a pusher to get out.(probably that's how he moved it there before) Pusher damaged my new shiny car on the front bumper so bad. Down to plastic. So needs a paint job. Mark said when I will fix my transmission to just stop by and he will repair it for me. Didn't even apologize. I was so disappointed 😥 terrible customer service really. If you have so much experience why you have a pusher that has damaged sponge on it so it scratched my new car??why didn't you even say that you sorry for this. I am already struggling with anxiety and depression and this added tremendous amount of stress and pain to my heart. Now Mark is not answering emails. Even he told me he would refer me to the body shop,as he is not able to work, I am moving to the Eats coast on September 8th, so if he won't answer soon will have to fix it somewhere and send him a bill or to go to court with it already when I relocate as I have pictures from Progressive insurance the day before and next day with bumper damage. So I have proof and Progressive insurance have proof, but I am incredibly disappointed how someone could be so careless and rude. Mark damaged not just my car, but affected my well-being horribly Beware people, he only wants big checks, without putting any work to it and doesn't care about you as a client Karma will get him, or maybe already did

The ambient sensor went out on my BMW. I made an appointment with BMW for next morning to drop the car at 830am, and leave it there. They had no loaner car available. I didn’t know what to do, needed the car to work. So I called Tom’s auto services and they said they will try to squeeze it in their schedule. Dropped the car at 1pm and at 1:45 it was ready. They told me that the sensor itself worked, only the cables were chewed by mice and they fixed the cables. They could easily charge me $90 for the parts, but they didn’t. Honest and very nice people. I highly recommend them!

Amazing work! They were quick, courteous, and, most importantly, honest. The dealership said I needed a new water pump and brakes, to include rotors, and was quoting me over $3,000 of work. Tom's quoted me under $500 for the water pump and told me the truth about my brakes and did not try to blow smoke up my you know what. Ultimately cost me less than $600 and they did great work and finished it up same day. Highly recommend them for all your automotive work!!!

I started going to Tom's Auto Repair over ten years ago after my dealership told me I needed an expensive repair, which I questioned. As suspected, Tom's told me that the repair wasn't necessary. Tom's was right, I never experience any problems by not doing the repair. Since that, I have been a steady customer to Tom's Auto Repair. I am currently having them do new-car service on my van. Tom's is highly professional, very honest, and from the appearance of their garage, they are highly organized and clean. I recommend Tom's Auto to all of my friends.
