Amazing experience at pacific motor in Monterey. From the initial call to bringing it in the first time and then again the next day to have it serviced. Rory was so helpful and professional and made the whole experience great which is a lot for me because in the past dealing with car fixing and mechanics it never went very well but this was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Very through work done on my car, very great communication and willingness to help me understand/make sure all my questions were answered if I had any.

It was easy to make an appointment and the shop was ready for me when I arrived on time. I did not need the shuttle service as I live in the neighborhood. Communication was great throughout from the initial discussion on what I was looking for and what they could do in what amount of time. I and time constraints and the estimated time when my car would be ready was exactly as I was told. The cost was also given to me upfront with no surprises. Overall, for scheduled car maintenance, it was a pleasant experience.

While visiting my sister in-law in Monterey, my car started jerking and would not drive. The tow truck driver took my car to Pacific Motor. He said they were very good. Indeed they were. After running diagnostic tests they identified my radiator had cracked. I drive an Infiniti FX 35. The car is 14 yrs old and in good condition. The front office staff, Beatrice and Rory, provided outstanding professional customers care. They shared information about where to dine and shop nearby, as I had to walk. The office was clean, stocked with books, and they provided me water. The technical automotive staff fixed my car within eight hours. This was amazing. Most repair shops could not come close to obtaining parts and completing repairs so efficiently. With complete confidence I drove my car back to San Jose. If I am in the Monterey area again, I will schedule time for them to service my car as prodigious customer and car care are hard to find.

Super amazing team, couldn’t have gotten my tire fixed without Beatrice! I got a flat on the highway and was recommended to Pacific Motors. Getting my specific tire on such short notice wasn’t really realistic but Beatrice helped point me in the right direction for the next best option. She made a pretty stressful experience really easy! I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius and needed to find a mechanic that could work on hybrid vehicles. I saw Pacific Motor Services ad and thought I'd give them a try. I took my car in for the free inspection and they were very thorough and quick. They found a few things that I needed to do and I will be back to have the work done. All and all, they seem very reliable and I look forward to having them do any future maintenance on my vehicle. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

I was visiting the area from Colorado when I had a car issue. Pacific Motor Service got me in the shop the same day to look at the car. The team at PMS looked at the car, ran diagnostics and engine pressure tests, and thankfully, it turned out I only needed to replace my radiator. They got everything replaced and got me car back to me in the same day! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Beatrice was extremely helpful in giving me information and walking me through their process. She explained in detail how their nationwide warranty process works with shops that pay into the same warranty network. Their transparency and attention to detail gave me added peace of mind. I have since made it back to CO, and after significant mountain driving and through all weather, the car hasn't shown any issues. If you're from out of town or even a local, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to PMS. Thanks so much!

Rory is really helpful and went above and beyond. I tried to get my car serviced at the Porsche main dealer and they were flat out rude and unhelpful. Rory immediately responded and they did a really nice job on my Macan. I recommended to several friends.
