The job was completed flawlessly!!! I’d say my car felt healed!! The entire team from intake to delivery were simply amazing. It was my first time working with a car shop and I am extremely grateful it was Robert’s. True blessing!!
I used this business because it was an AAA recommended location. When I first went in, the person who checked it put and gave me a quote was friendly and knowledgeable, she assured me that she would call me with a time to set up the date for me to drop it off by that night or the next day. I never received a call back. About 6 months later I finally realized how long it had been and called them back. I found out that the person I talked with previously was no longer there. The new person I talked to ordered the parts, and set up an appointment with me with in a couple of hours of when I first called. They got me scheduled and fixed the car in a reasonable amount of time. When I got it back they'd done an amazing job, and they had detailed the I inside and outside as well. I am very happy my car looks brand new again! Whenever I went into the building everyone was friendly and happy to help. They even work closely with Enterprise so you can get picked up and taken to the rental car company, to get your car. When you pick up your car, you can actually leave your rental with them for Enterprise to come and get. It made dealing with an extra car much easier. Carstar also included a small sample of the paint they used on my car, so I can do touch ups if my paint gets dinged. The first experience wasn't very good. But the second time was much better.
The whole crew here is awesome! I needed my rear bumper painted and put back on properly due to an accident. I came in for an estimate and by the end of the day received a phone call and was able to schedule an appointment so I dropped off my car the following Monday and everything was fixed and looking great by Wednesday before lunch! My bumper looks great like nothing never happened! This place does great work and the customer service is just as great I definitely give this place five stars and two thumbs up!

I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR Robert's Collision (Monterey). From the first day to the last day, the staffs were very helpful especially George who was our estimator. They kept us updated often with the progress of our repair. They had no problem working with our Kia EV even though it was a new model. Although the repair was delayed due to parts, in the end we are very satisfied with the results. Thank you.

I am beyond satisfied with the service. Matt communicated with me throughout the process and gave me all the information I needed and great suggestions and tips. Front desk lady (who recently started, sorry I cannot remember her name) was so kind and friendly I felt so welcomed. She made me want to talk to her (which we did). Everyone at the shop was very professional. My car looks impeccable. Though the accident was minor, it was my first one, and I was bummed out. Getting my car fixed at Roberts Collision was silver lining. I took my sad looking car with its bumper hanging with a bungee cord, and in two weeks, my 8-year -old car came back looking brand new. I am so grateful for all the work each person, mechanic, bodywork specialist, detailer, has done for my car. I fell in love with it all over again. I will definitely let everyone know how great you all are.
Well since I have gotten my car back the first time as I drove away it pulled to the right. It took another week to get my car because the party who hit me had to approve the alignment. I have gotten my car back and it seems like there is a short in the battery connection. I really feel like this would seem like I am looking for things still wrong with my car. I am not, I am hesitant to reach out but I really just want my car to perform like it did before my accident. Not happy at all.

Car was not fixed with good quality parts and they put over 5 miles on my car and had put on my seat heater and was listening to my radio not very happy with there carstar name
They handled my issue easily clear communication and made it a hassle-free situation. They even communicated with the rental company so I can have a car while my car was in the shop and I didnt really have to worry about anything.

A guy named George who did the estimate on my automobile is very rude and unpleasant to work with.
Id give them 100 +, I dont know where to start, from sweet, sympathetic and helpful Ginas voice, after a terrifying incident, to keeping in touch with me regularly about pickup time, said time coming 2 days earlier than projected. I didnt recognize my car! They had buffed out a little discoloration that had been bugging me since I bought it.They replaced my grill with a Beauty. And the inside looked like they detailed it! 100% well done, Above and Beyond! I literally could NOT BE HAPPIER with CARSTAR Roberts Collision! Go there! Use them Youll be so happy, Im ecstatic!

In such an unpleasant situation (wrecking my car) dealing with roberts was reassuring, simple, clear and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They worked with me to assure that I had all the information I needed and even went above and beyond, finding earrings I had left in the car and getting them back to me. These are incredibly decent people who are good at what they do. Ten stars.
I had my 2018 Silverado repaired after a small run in with a gate. My truck looks like brand new. The body work and paint was perfect. I appreciated how the shop kept me up to date with their progress. Hopefully I will never have to use Robert s again but I would not hesitate.

Brought my car in for a minor collision damage repair, covered by my insurance. State Farm listed them as a preferred repair shop, and I was fully satisfied: these people are extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. Never worked with an operation that was so on top of every step of the process, keeping me fully informed on the progress. Almost makes me want to get into another fender bender so I can marvel at their quality

Excellent body work AND Customer service! George and his team were helpful with coordinating repairs for two separate insurance claims on the same vehicle. I appreciated the in-progress updates provided via texts as the work was being completed. I had a rental vehicle through enterprise and because of the relation between the two companies I was able to drop my rental off at Carstar when my vehicle repairs were complete. Super clutch. I would recommend Carstar to anyone looking for a seamless process through an insurance claim. I have USAA and the entire process was efficient and convenient.

I have had three separate issues where my back fender has been damaged (one time I was parked and a tow truck hit my car) and each time Ive gone to Roberts has been a great experience. From the time you drop off your car youre greeted by a Professional Staff and the Detailers are so good at matching the paint you cant even see where the damage was done! Their Service is Above & Beyond
I am totally unsatisfied with body work because the color does not match other part of the car and they are just making different excuses.

These people are the best. I damaged my car, my fault, required replacement of rear hatch. They coordinated with my insurance company and contacted me when all the necessary parts were in their shop. The promised date was 9/23 .I picked up my car yesterday TEN DAYS EARLY. I need my car for my business and it was very difficult to be without it. It is wonderful to find a company that values the customer as Robert s does. Matt was very helpful and kind. There s no need to look anyplace else for bodywork repairs. My car looks brand new.
This is the second time Ive come here in a 8 year span, different vehicles, and theyve always done an amazing job. Didnt get original parts for my 07 nissan rogue star wars edition. Never heard from them after they promised they would get them the original parts. Update: I found the original parts for it myself. It was installed and received reimbursement.

The service I received at Robert was highly thoughtful, communicative, professionally executed, and absolutely in support of my unusual life circumstances. I was leaving for Italy and wanted to work to be done while I was gone. Then I needed to be picked up at the airport upon my return instead of at my home. I made this request and they consented. I give them high marks all the way around.

Received the car with nonpolished fenders. Unpainted sections after a rear end accident. Bumper does not sit the way it used to because they used aftermarket parts not to spec. Refuses to redo my alignment after informing them that the car now pulls to the right, issue did not exist before the collision. Matt was my advisor, do not recommend this shop, I ve never had an issue with a body shop up until now. They claim to have a guarantee yet won t honor it when I ask them to redo the alignment. Do not come here.
From the minute I walked in the door I received 5 star service. They explained everything to me and how the process worked with billing my car insurance. My car was ready in the time frame they quoted me. I would definitely recommend them for all your car repair needs.
Great service - made me feel super comfortable from the start, estimated time and cost was spot on, 10/10 customer service, the work done on my car turned out perfect/like it never happened. They could probably use more parking space but I always found a spot after a couple minutes pass.(I also don t think they can do anything about that)My car smelt like it had been in the shop for a couple days so maybe some air freshener spray right before you hand it back. I did drive with the windows down for a couple of minutes and the shop smell went away. I can t be mad about anything because they made everything else perfect

I found my in a rear ended collision and my insurance recommended them. I was apprehensive at first but I did not have the time to do my own research . So I went with it. These guys have gone down hill. They messed up my wife s rims. Stripped all the lugs of their paint and never made it right. Horrible.

Professional Comprehensive Trustworthy
I took my CX-30 here after it got rear-ended. Excellent repairs and color matching for the Mazda 46V red, which is known to be very difficult to match. I recommend this place especially if you need paint job for your red Mazda.

I was rear-ended, and yes, their insurance paid for nearly everything, but Roberts made everything EASY and very stress free, to include the rental car processes, and I cannot tell you how much thats worth. They are kind to active duty military and veterans as well - working with difficult schedules. As long as Im here, theyll have my patronage if I need repairs.

They dont repair cars older then 20 years. I went through my work company and my boss arranged something with them. Its a policy thing they have, so I cant complain. The job they did was pretty good, basically restored it completely. Great work. It was just the policy change that got in the way initially. Again, no complaints with the work, the policy was the only real irk, but that got resolved.

I took it back the next day after I picked it up for a minor adjustment and it was done immediately as I waited in their lovely sitting area.
