This was a great experience from start to finish. They were polite, timely, professional and skilled. My car looks great and in half the time they said it may take to do!

At first I really thought this auto shop didn’t want my business, but then I checked my spam mail and their mail with the estimate had gone into my spam (junk) mail rather than my inbox so I didn’t see it. I am so glad I decided to call my insurance and figured it out. Monterey Auto was the best!!! They took care of me and my car! They also kept their promise to finish my car in 6 business days! I was shocked! Usually they tell you one thing but keep extending and extending the finish date but not Monterey Auto! They keep their word and had my car ready for me, plus they detailed my car!!! It was such a pleasant surprise! It looked like a new car! I am so so happy with my experience!

They kept me informed about the stages of repair. I am not a mechanic, so I can’t vouch for the workmanship, but it does have a guarantee. The car looks good and was squeaky clean when I picked it up,

Monterey Auto Body is the best place to bring your car. I have never had any issues with the cars they have repaired. We’ve taken three of our cars to their shop, and I have always been satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this shop as an excellent choice for auto body repair.

The process took longer than expected but Jared and the team were so helpful. They worked with my Insurwnce company and did great work. Even helped get us a rental car for the weekend because they needed a couple extra days to calibrate. Highly recommend.
