Utterly unprofessional and complete liars. I came requesting an estimate that I explicitly said I was willing to pay for. William said he woud have it done in two days in the afternoon. I messaged him that day asking if it was ready. No response. Had to message him again the following week for any updates. He said it was done and emailed to me. I never received an email, do I added again if it was sent. The shop's response was that their system is down for the whole week and everything was erased. It just sounds like a poor excuse that the work was never done.

I was delivering parts for Imax Auto Body.

Referred by insurance company to obtain repair quote. Got to shop they confirmed my insurance company had sent me; then they checked & my claim was open to them to be able to upload quote. They took pictures, asked a few questions & said they had everything they needed. I asked if I would receive estimate from them when they submitted to insurance carrier? Ttey advised no they would upload to carrier for carrier to review & approve. Then insurance carrier would supply me with quote. They indicated they could upload that day. I spoke with my claim handler 2 days later & he told me the quote hadnt been uploaded. The process for the shop to get what they needed was painless & quick. They people involved were friendly but professional. Only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is insurance claims they didnt upload estimate the day they told me they would nor the next day nor the day after that.
