After 2 mobile mechanics and 3 torn up starters later I came to Rick after a recommendation and finally have my camper van working and rolling again! He thoroughly went through everything and solved all the issues no one else was able to! I highly recommend rick at err and he will be our go to guy from now own. Rick is great guy to work with. He is honest and fair and does great work. I came in with transmission that would only catch in 3rd and 4th gear. He went through a possible set of options, getting me ready for $2k repair. Multiple times he would call or text to give me an update on the project, each time lowering the estimate. By the time he was done, the work was done right for about $900. Highly recommend this shop.

Couldn’t figure out why my car wasn’t shifting correctly. Took it to another shop that was supposed to be a “Specialist”. That place had my car for almost a month and couldn’t figure it out. I’m a single dad and need my car to go to work!!! So I had to get it back. After asking around a friend referred me to ETR. Spoke to Rick and he was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions. Thanks to Rick at ETR I have faith in a mechanics again, I brought my 2006 Ford Explorer into his shop after falling for that AMCO trick to look at my car for free. AMCO charged me $486 and said it still needs more work to bring it back when I get more money and my car still runs like a tank. Now after Rick look at my car he fixed the real problem and told me the recommended services that AMCO told me to do is not necessary. I will take all my cars and recommend all my family and friends to him.
