Ramona Tire in Mission Viejo

I can’t appreciate Ramona Tire enough. I freaked out when I saw my tire light went on, they found a nail in my tire. They took care of my tire professionally. Such nice and kind individuals work at this location. I will never ever go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you for today’s service.

I have to say that our experience went from fine to terrible today. The service team said that replacing the rear brakes would take about an hour and so my wife and son stayed while I took our other car to go to work. It took them 3 hours and the experience was so unpleasant it left my wife in tears and stressed out as she wasn’t sure if she would be able to leave to pick up our other child from school. Before I left, I told the desk manager that we were moving ahead with replacing the rear brakes. 90 minutes later I was called by the same person and asked if I wanted to have the rear brakes, struts, control arms, and front brakes replaced. What?!? They hadn’t started the job? And then it took another 90 minutes? Any apology? No - just charged full price. Unbelievable.

In 2025 it’s not often you’ll walk into an establishment and truly feel the “small business feel”. I can tell you with great confidence this IS the feeling you get at Ramona Tire of Mission Viejo. What’s better than just the feeling of an establishment? Superb customer service. Which is exactly what I received from Randy and Tim. They were communicative and honest about what my car needed for tires, they demonstrated how much they cared about my family’s safety with their recommendations about the tires my vehicle needed and why (load and speed ratings). Finally, extremely fair pricing! It was so nice not to feel uneducated about choices for my vehicle. If I could give this location 10 stars- I would!!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Randy at the Ramona location. His professionalism and willingness to assist made my experience truly outstanding. I am grateful for his help in getting my new brakes installed and addressing my air ride suspension issues. Because of Randy's exceptional service, I will certainly continue to return to the LA PAZ location. Thank you, Randy, for your dedication and support!

☆☆☆☆☆ 5 STARS! ☆☆☆☆☆ If I could give them more, I would! I called and spoke to Randy. What a VERY nice guy. He got me right in to fix my flat so I could get to work. When I got there, Tim was very helpful and did exactly what Randy said in the phone! He got me right in! I saw them interact with another client, and she was very happy and thanked them several times. After witnessing that, it left me with a very comforting feeling that they treat ALL of their clients like this! Amazing staff! Very clean facility! Free coffee and bottled water! The guys are like the Nordstrom of tire & repair shops! I recommend them highly! Thanks, Randy, for running such an amazing shop!

Great shop. Very friendly and they do good work. I brought my 69 El Camino for an alignment and tire balance. They do quality work and stand behind their work. I will recommend this place to others. Thank you!

We recently switched from having our Lexus and BMW vehicles serviced at Ramona Tire. So far, the experience has been great. They are convenient to us, and they are very responsive and have done servicing of both our vehicles without a problem and have always been very available to assist. We are so delighted to have found them.

What can I say. This was my first time going to Ramona Tire. The gentleman that helped me was so nice and friendly and wasn't the type of person like other places, that just che ks you in with out conversation and tells you how long. He strikes up conversation with you. They were pretty quick as I waited. They are honest as well. They now have a new customer. We will be bringing our other car there next. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS.
