Fast Track Oil Change, Inc in Middletown

Used to really like the service here but now there is a new guy that is always complaining and seems irritated all the time. I usually came here because it is local but it’s just not worth the attitude.

I have been there Several times with great service until yesterday, Jan. 6th, in the afternoon. I pulled into their lane to be next for oil change, there was a car in the bay and there was the yellow chain across. I was probably 3 car length back and was waiting for him to wave me forward after the previous car pulled out. He never did, he would look at me and continue cleaning up. Finally he came over and asked me what I was doing, my dog was barking loudly ( my Vicious pug) I said I was waiting for an oil change, he said I don't look out here so I didn't see you. I know I've gone on and on but it just got worse, he was mean and a jerk, I turned around and left as he was still yelling

They were fast, efficient and accommodated my request to use the Mobile 1 oil that I brought, because they didn't stock it. Also, reasonably priced. We will use their service again for our other vehicles.

Great service and super quick! Definitely take your vehicle here. The technician took the time to check everything including my tire pressure (and filled one that was a little low). He answered all the questions I had and was a pleasure to work with.

This is the second time I've used this facility and the price is good and the guys are clean and professional. Keep it local and stay away from the long wait time here. Yesterday was rainy and windy during my visit and after I was done I drove to Clearlake and back to my house. I noticed a smell of burning oil and looked for leaks and didn't see any. I called the next morning and they said to check the oil level and it was full to go ahead and bring it back to the shop. I did and apparently a small amount of oil got spilled by the oil fill into a valley and the wind was blowing it somehow to the exhaust. They found it, cleaned it up and they were very glad to have it done right. The full synthetic oil I require is indeed very clear and I didn't see it but they found it. Good service and I recommend them.

Nice, new facility. Gary is quick and efficient. They do a courtesy check of fluids and air filter, then top as needed. Price about the same as others for full synthetic. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Support a great local business!

Derrell was very polite and very quick. He even took his lunch late so he could take my dad's car who is elderly. We really appreciate good customer service like this, you seldom get that anymore. Thanks for the polite and affordable service!

This place is great! I'm very busy and don't have an hour to wait on an oil change. Literally i am there for 10 to 15 minutes for a quick oil swap, air filter, cabin filter, and out the door. There are no other cars waiting in front of you to get an oil change unlike Santa Rosa. This business is still new so please everyone go there and try it out. These guys are very professional and you can't go wrong. My honda v6 was $45 but the v8 high end car could be $150 to $180.
