This was my first smog check since moving to Marina, and I spent times about choosing a good station. It was a great decision to ask "Smog Express" after reading customers reviews. A person who provided the service was very kind and customer oriented. Five stars for sure.

My car, which I bought new in 2016, is now old enough to require a smog check in order to renew the registration. Time flies by so quickly… I recently dropped by for a smog check. It was pretty quick. $60.
This was my first time going to Smog Express in Marina. I called to inquire, and they were able to make me a same-day appointment within 1.5 hours. Jeremy was courteous, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes - they truly live up to their name!
Dropped in without an appointment last week and was taken immediately. I had replaced an engine sensor two days earlier, so they couldn’t get an accurate reading. They politely informed me to drive another fifty miles and come back. No charge for their time or work. I returned three days later, again without appointment, and was taken within ten minutes. The smog check took approximately ten minutes, passed, and I was out the door. Total cost: $55. Everyone was friendly at this locally owned and operated establishment. And while I never look forward to having to smog my vehicles, I’ll be coming back to Smog Express every time.

Superior service, fast, efficient and professional. They do a pre-test at no charge to determine if you may have problems. Will return for all my Smog tests.
Quick and easy. These guys had me in and out in 20 minutes and had made the appt only one day earlier, after trying for weeks to get in at another place that never would call back or answer the phone. Also, the guy was friendly which is a plus. Would definitely recommend coming here for smog check.
Small shop, friendly people. Went back, in and out in about 30 minutes without an appointment. These guys are the real deal. Small business owner doing a great job. Go with confidence. Original: They couldnt service my car (an issue with their computer and Toyotas of a certain age) but they directed me to Pacific Smog. Ill probably come back here next time I need a smog check and give them that last star.

These guys are fast and professional! Theyve served the people of Marina for 30 years! They are cheap too! Only $55 for a smog. No appointment necessary but preferred because its a small shop across from the Shell gas station.
