Very disappointed in Pizza Hut ‘personal pan’ display that was installed next to Starbucks Marina Target. What has happened to this product? I use to buy the cheese and pepperoni all the time before they closed the self-serve display. Was so excited to hear it came back! I bought the cheese and pepperoni last week. Total $17. A little pricey but missed the originals. It was very large slices 4 per box. Very doughy. Ended up scraping the topping off. Guess they changed the recipe all together. Definitely not the personal pan I remembered. I remember the slices being smaller and dripping with cheese. I will pass on Pizza Hut in the future!
Feedback on Recent Target Pickup Experience Dear Target Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration with a recent pickup order experience that did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving at the store, I followed the basic instructions provided by the app but was unable to locate the designated "pickup" area. After clicking the "couldn't find a spot" button, I parked in the nearest space with my hazard lights on, as instructed, and waited for assistance. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called to inquire about the delay, only to be informed that I was in the wrong area and that my vehicle could be seen from another entrance behind me. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance, especially considering my situation—I am currently handicapped and recently underwent back surgery. To add to my frustration, there was no effort made to bring my groceries to me, forcing me to turn my car around and navigate to the correct location myself. Furthermore, I received no bags for my groceries, which added to the inconvenience. This experience has left me feeling discouraged about using Target's pickup service in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that improvements can be made to enhance the service for customers in similar situations. Thank you for your time.
It’s a good place to shop but calling them takes a while . i call all the time they just place me on hold . On the phone I spent 1 hour calling the store , just to get no answer. Somebody needs to answer people phone calls . Sometimes we don’t have the time to be going .
Target is one of my favorite stores and I’m so happy that it close to my city and there interior is amazing and some people just throw stuff at diffrent sections.. but still 5 stars
I have always had great experiences in this store. The shelves are stocked, the staff is always friendly and helpful, I am able to easily find a staff member if I am having trouble finding some thing, and I love that there are multiple self check out lanes. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, and that’s because so many people come here because it’s such a great place to shop. Certain times a day are obviously better. It would be wonderful if they were more self check out lines, that would speed things up. More handicap parking would also be nice, because it’s frequently full, with no available close parking. Those things would easily bump it up to 5 stars. But the wonderful customer service and the good selection and the clean store totally make this my go to store.
I love target Probably Marina target is the worst target around. I was there on Jun 17th, long line no one to help at self checkout so I used the return checkout wait for 10 minutes for someone to show up and clearance markdown was not give even thought sign was on the shelve. Waited for another 10 minutes or so because there was no manager around for them to check. Just horrible service all around. Wasted 20+ minutes of my time. I do not recommend this location.
This is one of the cleanest and best stocked Target stores that I have visited. The employees were all wearing their masks correctly and clear safety shields were in place at checkout. Our cashier was pleasant and checkout was fast and easy.
This is honestly the cleanest Target I have seen. The moment I walk in I see every employee scrubbing and disinfecting every surface. The shelves were stocked surprisingly neat. Most of the employees were teens and young adults but they provided the best customer service. The parking lot is a little crowded but it's not crowded inside the Target.

Target places cart monitors, which lock wheels on shopping carts 15 feet short of my car trunk at the electric car charger as I returned to load up my shopping. No warning, and a bottle of wine popped out, and I lost her It is not the fault of the charger but what to do for 48 minutes while charging should be taken into account by Target and NOT have locking anti-theft until past the chargers. I gave 2 stars due to the store checker being absolutely amazing Really helpful and friendly. No, I did not report the loss of my $15 bottle of pilot grigio to management. Later at night and I had to scoot to get dinner. The store was fine, although a couple of items were merchandise isles away from each other but are very much related in personal care. (This is a heads up to buyers and plan-o-gram merchandising at corporate to think like a shopper, not put it where it fits lol)

I mean, its a Target. Same as any other, decent variety of stuff and decent prices. Its nice that its close to the freeway, and that its not overly busy.
It s was really bad experience with manager she is Racist and uncooperative bad experience with customer service too it s been 3 years I buy stuff from target this the one time I tray to return the tech device after one month no one told me it s a return expired it just a week after date expired she is not flexible also to discuss the issue she just give me a number I called them after 30 minutes on hold they said not able to do exceptions for return
Probably the nastiest experience I ve ever had!!! This lady really put some oral gel on her finger, applied to the back of her mouth and then put her dentures in. All this right in front of me at the register before she rang me up. Didn t wash her hands or nothing. Beyond disgusting!!!
Terrible experience! I went to go buy a Xbox gift card for my son . and then I went to redeem it but there was only 23 digits out of 25 So than I went to the store and they couldn t help me so they called the store Manger and she Was extremely rude her name is Jeanna and I tried getting further help and she said We were done and even after they knew this issue they left the gift cards on the shelf.

After purchasing generic allergy medicine at the CVS inside Target, I was told I couldn t use the $10 coupon I had in my CVS app since it s inside a Target store. Why would Target have this policy? They lost a pharmacy customer because of that.
They dont have much selection/variety to choose from, the lines are always quite long, but its one of the very few places in Marina where you can stock up on household items and food, unless you want to go to Wal-Mart.. and who wants to do that?

The lady at guess service with purple hair was super rude to me. She told me that she could not return my clips because it was missing one. I had explained to her how I drove out of my way, and I completely can t find it. She then proceeded to throw the clips at me on the desk and told me no. I then explained to her how I had spoken to someone on the phone and they said how as long as I have 50% of the product they would be able to give me my full refund back, that s why I made the trip down. She then proceeded to tell me no no no and was super rude about it. After that i went ahead and I spoke to customer service over the phone and they said that she should ve guaranteed my full refund back, even if it s missing ONE clip, because it was within the 30 days of purchase. I feel like the managers honestly have to have a word with her because you don t give your customers that type of attitude, two you don t throw the product back to a customer, and please inform yourself with the correct information when you re working at guest services. She was horrible, horrible, Horrible.
horrible! have been going to this pharmacy since before cvs bought them out. we have had nothing but issues since then getting one medication for my husband EVERY TIME we have to fill it!! it is a 20 day supply, they will not keep it in stock and will not order it before the rx can be filled on the 19th day. so no meds for 2 to 3 days until it comes in every single time. called early this week to ask if they could order on Friday to pick up Saturday and was told yes. called Saturday and was told we see that in the notes but we need to order it so next week. I asked if another cvs local had one in stock and was told I can call and find that out myself. never get the same answer and tired of being lied to. will start searching for another pharmacy even if we have to drive to monterey.
This Super Target is the best Target Ive shopped at ever. They are always well staffed and stocked and great customer service and their drive up service is quick. The amount of helpful staff is my favorite. Thank you! Kim

Ill preface that Im not really one to give out bad reviews.. with that said, I dont know whats going on with the changing room situation at this Target. The last 2 times Ive gone theres been nobody there. All the doors are locked, and people just queue up waiting for help. The first time, a lady in line had to call guest services to try to get someone to come help us. This was after waiting like ~20 mins. This time someone in line went and found 2 different people to try to get someone to let people in, and both said they would try to walkie the person who had the keys to let us in. Nobody came either time. I waited about 15 mins, and nobody had still came. Tried calling guest services while I was in line eventually but nobody answered. I dont know if its true that only a single person at this Target has the keys to the changing room, but management needs to figure out a solution for that.
Poor team management. I seldom leave negative reviews unless it s actually warranted. The checkout process at this target is beyond bad. It s incredibly slow with only two lanes open during peak times. You all need to hire more people or manage your teams better. I m not expecting German efficiency but the cashier literally taking one item at a time and gingerly scanning it and having full blown conversations with every person in the check out line is not the way to manage efficiency. Please strive to do better and be better at this location.

Not a very busy location but there was no one at customer service and no one to let people into the changing rooms. Several customers tried to get someone to help with no luck. It felt much like a Walmart kind of vibe. Definitely could have done better.
Target Job. We took down the old cooler and freezer and installed new boxes. Another job well done.

End of an era. I dont mind paying extra at Target in order to avoid Walmart B.S. with locked shelves and pointless receipt checking. But today I found theyve started locking things up behind those lockable shelves too. And just like Walmart, the employees dont bother answering the cute little chime when you want something. 10 mins, nothing. Other customers standing there gave up too. All I wanted was tonic water (not even an alcoholic beverage) but nope, I guess thats hot contraband now. Plenty of cheap booze sitting out outside the locked shelves, but if you want tonic water, get it from another store I guess. So much for my random weeknight target runs, Ill be shopping elsewhere.

Marina, (Ft. Ord), Target was highly disappointing today. To start out with, my daughter and I wanted to grab a Starbucks on the way in and there was nobody at the counter, no sign, and we stood there for about a minute or two and finally one of the lp guys standing at the baskets said that they were on lunch. Okay no big deal, we could grab a drink on the way out. So we go in directly to what I need to get, a bag of yellow onions. I get there and the sign is there for them but they must have sold out so I opted to get individual yellow onions and look around for plastic bags and there are none to be found anywhere. I see the rack that theyre supposed to be on but there are absolutely no plastic bags anywhere. So now Im carrying some individual yellow onions in my hand and now looking for the juice and I do have to admit a young man stocking liquor not only told me where they were but walked me all the way to them and asked if I needed any more help. That was a bonus. On the way out from my shopping which was about a half hour, I stopped again at Starbucks and there is no sign and no people, and I turned to a new LP and asked him, Are they still on lunch? and he said, I dont know because I just got back from lunch. They should have at least put a sign up saying theyre away at lunch. And this was during the day when I was busy enough for them to make money at Starbucks too so its a loss for Target and starbucks.
Scheduled covid booster shot at the pharmacy. Turned away because the pharmacist decided he wanted a letter from a doctor prescribing the shot.
This Target location was clean and well stocked.
I m not from the area but during a recent visit, I stopped here a ton. I had a very pleasant experience every time. They had things my Target at home didn t have that I was going to have shipped to me. It was clean, well stocked and easy to locate things. I can t speak for the customer service since I didn t need help or return anything.

I went in to grab some makeup items and stumbled upon the new Ulta section they have at Target. Before checking that area out, I checked the general makeup area and picked items that I wasnt fond of but have used before. So I proceeded to the Ulta section, and I found Yesenia! She approached me and asked if I had any questions or needed assistance. I told her I was looking for new items to add to my makeup collection, and she gave me some excellent suggestions and explained everything in great detail without feeling like I had to buy the item. She even walked me to the general makeup area and showed me some of her favorite things while managing the floor and talking to her peers over the radio. She was great, and Im so thankful for her help... Yesenia, you rock!

Very chaotic target experience today. So many registers and only two open today, lines all the way to the Hallmark Card department. Please do a hiring fair at the college or something.
Seriously the worst Target. Drive up takes FOREVER. Nobody answers the phone. Always prefer Sand City over this location.
So target is running a 10% off for veterans. Sand city target honored it and took it off at the register. We unfortunately had to drive to Marina to buy some items that sand city did not have. When we get to the counter we ask the cashier if we could get the 10% off. He gets his manager which then proceeds to say that his store does it differently and that the 10% is an a form of a gift card?!? You guys have signs all through the Bay Area in which we ve received 10% off at the register with no problem by showing our ID. This manager made my husband feel like he was bending forward and backwards just to try and get 10% when we explained that we ve had zero issues in the last week. He didn t care, still made my husband feel like we had to beg for this veteran s discount. I usually don t write reviews but when you make a human that has served many tours to Iraq and has served his country for decades, I think that he s has done his duty to serve not only his country to protect it but also this petty manager. Target don t run veteran events if you re staff is going to make it difficult for those that have served.

The employees here are always great! I needed help finding a nursing room and even though I made the gentleman uncomfortable, he was sure to not only help me but he walked me all the way. To where I needed to go. The only disappointing thing was that someone made a mess of the entire boys wall of jeans. I felt bad for the employees.
The Target in Marina, California, has great prices on all of their items, and to me the most important thing about this Target was the customer services that you get, from the employees, who are kind, caring, friendly, helpful, due to the employees Great customer services, of their employees, I will keep returning to this Target, more often. ,

The way I was treated at check out. I object to my being asked for my birthdate, when buying alcohol. And today, I was asked to show my ID, and cashier scanned the back of it. When I objected, she refused to sell me the alcohol. It is quite clear that I am much older than 21, and it is stupid to require the employee and the customer to go through this idiocy. How about using common sense? Apparently, that does not exist any longer. I will no longer shop at Target.

The target in sand city is doing a large remodel so a few things I was there for I couldnt get. Half of the parking lot was taken up by construction stuff. The target in Marina is always a fast trip. Way easy parking, always well stocked and employees everywhere. Multiple check stands open makes it fast.
This target is the best, Tomas in the toy section was super helpful and kind. I would definitely go back.

Was doing a shipt shop
Its a small store so they dont have a lot of things that we use on a regular basis. For example, we went there for Morning Star Griller Crumbles (vegan burger substitute) and they did not have it, but the Seaside Target did so I guess we will be going the extra distance to Seaside from now on.

The products and selection are great, much cleaner and brighter than Walmart.
How willing she was to help? Sherry Love was very responsive and helping her guests and other employees. There was a change/cash issue so she got the change. Then I needed help with the military discount, so she ran to grab the QR code for me, all the while also trying to find the other employee a working register. And calling for backup to help more customers on different lanes. She helped me get the military discount and then brought me to check out at customer service where I was checked out right away. Thanks again Sherry! She was told patient, calm and collected. Kept it together even when the customers behind me were huffing and puffing about needing to move registers.
Of course, I love Target, but I would just like to say that the woman who sanitizes the carts at the Marina Target (and has throughout COVID) is so friendly and welcoming. In fact, it is one of the few shining lights throughout the pandemic. I mean, all employees are great (ESPECIALLY the Pharmacy!! Lifesavers!), but this woman deserves a special award.

Heres a tip. If you have customers in line at the self checkout before close, let them go through self checkout. I was waiting in the self checkout line for about 10 minutes. By the time I get up and its my turn (around 9:25 pm) an employee tells me sorry the self checkout is now closed because they have to collect the money. So I just wasted time in line, and had to go stand in the super long regular line. All to buy 2 things. Quit being lazy and leave the self checkout line open until close. 10pm. This is so annoying and has happened to me twice already when shopping here late. If I am already in line, dont close the line at the last minute and make people move.

Store staff was not enforcing Target and local ordinance requiring face coverings, which poses a safety risk to the entire community and disregards the health and well-being of local patrons. It is disappointing to see that Target values profit (allowing those without masks to continuing shopping) over human lives by not enforcing the face covering ordinance when not too long ago they were monitoring occupancy levels diligently.

Love the Curbside Pickup at my Target in Marina CA. The Freedom to shop from home in my PJs and then swing by later to pick up my items later without leaving my car ( still in my PJs) is awesome. Love this service. I do wish Target would have a Curbside Pickup Only shopping list. It is disappointing to purchase an item, only to be notified by email the item is out stock.

Beats going to the Target in Salinas any day. Just seems that at this location im not waiting in line to checkout for an eternity. Plenty of parking always and the vibe is just different. Took off 1 star because the restroom seemed like it hadnt been tended to in quiet some time but all in all good experience.
They rarely restock items at this location, they repeatedly refuse to stock sufficient quantities of common sizes making it hard to find what you want and also they have failed to stock bags for check out on multiple occasions and did not warn customers upon entry into the facility. Ill drive to the next town over for their target, to avoid this one

I came in with my kids last night to buy some of their school supplies. I work a lot and don t get out of work until late. We were there until closing. A man (security) had come out to the back (where were at) informing us that we need to stop shopping and check out our stuff (10:01) and they closed at 10p. I understand- granted - they were closed and everyone wanted to get home and get rid of all the customers. After paying my stuff (unfinished) with my long years member target credit card account- same man escorted us out to the door - everyone was rude and dry. The cashier and the security man - I told him thank you and just looked at us like he was going to do something bad at us... not a very good response or portrayal of any sort of humanity displaying it to the kids. He should not be there. People should Not be there - they looked very unhappy and dissatisfied with life.

Great variety of quality products for good prices, especially sales. Loved the variety of toys and how well they were organized. I did have a problem finding an item I d seen on the website but a kind employee took me to the display that wasn t in the toy section. Checkout was fast and the clerk kind and helpful.
This store is clean and well laid out. Everyone seemed friendly the employees around the store asked if I need help and the cashier was very pleasant.
Love coming to this Target out of all the other ones in Monterey County its cleaner, and the most chill. Usually find what I am looking for, some of the other targets have been out of simple things like floss! Anways, great store.

I made a purchase today 3/22 at 7:20pm. The cashier accidentally charged us 4 times for one item. When I noticed that had happened I went to the return section and was explaining to the girl cashier Kelsey with blond hair the over charge when she rudely interrupted me and said that I needed to calm down. I was not even speaking with a loud voice. My husband was also taken back when she said that. Then she didn t understand what was over charged. I explain to her again. She then tells me with a tone, as if annoyed with her job, that it s easier if she refunds one thing at a time. I asked if it would be easier to refund all once and she rolled her eyes and responded that that would take longer. So now I was annoyed that I told her, fine do it however you want . It was obvious she didn t want to help us. Her other coworker with her just smiled at us when he was I was frustrated with her attitude. She should not be working in customer service with attitude like that.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive had at Target. Target used to be guest first, now its not. I called the store 6 times and was hung up on 5 times in a row before even a greeting. The 6th, I finally got an employee, and they couldnt find the item, went to go find his device, then promptly hung up on me. After heading to the store, I had to put an item on hold for 30 minutes, and was told Target doesnt hold items anymore! How can you not hold an item for 30 minutes?! Go to this store to grab something, but dont expect service. You might not even expect that item to be in stock.

I got just what I wanted, and only had to wait overnight to go pick it up. The store would not have had this in stock, because it was specialized; a very warm sleeping bag, good up to 30 degrees with flannel inside, and oversized. I will use it unzipped, as a quilt over my mattress.

This review is in regards to the Marina Target and Targets order online, pickup in store service. I had a terrible experience with this. After placing my order, one of the items was canceled out of the blue. And upon arrival to pickup the order at the store, another item was canceled out of the blue. If I had known the items I ordered online were not going to be available, I would have waited, OR ordered and purchased somewhere else, and definitely would not have wasted my time driving out to Target in Marina to arrive and them not even have the item for me. Very unhappy with this process and Target failing to give me the promised items. Additionally, once I got home, two other items (storage bins) that I did obtain, had been supplied with the incorrectly sized lids. Now that is two more items that they have failed to supply me with. All in all, a terrible order online, pickup in store experience. I urge you to AVOID this method, and IF YOU MUST buy from Target, PLEASE find the items yourself in-person, in the Target store. They are not ready to offer their order online, pickup in store service, and it creates a terrible customer experience.

Employees should get more training in customer service, specially Briana, which has the worse customer service. Ill call corporate again after such an unpleasant shopping experince. This is not the first time i have issues with this store. Horrible service and even now the security wants to tell me what to do and tell the cashiers how to manage the use of the register because I used coupons. Hey Target, you get pay from the manufactures each time someone uses a coupon. As long as the couponer follows YOUR COUPON POLICY, YOU must do the same. It is absurd that the cashiers and workers at this store wants to do whatever they think is right for them instead to follow a policy by Target. This is wht I stopped going to this store and I will stop again. I rather drive farther than shop to this store. I can see that nothing has change and employees can be mean with customer specially couponers. WE ARE NOT STEALING! WE ARE SAVING! and it seem the rules get worse and worse every time for us. Like I said when someone uses coupons the manufacture pay to the store. Shame on this Target and employees!!!!!

Only one checker working with customers. Long line..had to request for another checker myself. Staff yoo busy restocking shelves. Isles blocked eith merchandise.
