I came in to AutoZone today to get headlights and a rear wiper blade for my Nissan Rogue after work. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome from Andrew. I walked up to him at the counter and told him what I was there for. He looked up info and proceeded to go get the items with me following. I could tell he was about to be going home for the day because one of his coworkers were saying that they'd see him tomorrow. He rung me up and then came out and changed my rear wiper blade in no time. It was very refreshing to be treated with such a high level of customer service and I'll definitely come back to this store for future purchases. Thanks again Andrew for your help and awesome service.

I came there on raining night right before closing time to change windshield wipers, Andrew was there to help find the right ones and install them in the rain, he went above and beyond, and with a great attitude. I definitely would come back.

Came to get my car battery checked. Turns out I was way past my battery expectancy life so I bought a new one with Augies wonderful help. He helped me as well by installing it. Trying to get the battery protector back on was a mission but he managed to get it on. If I could give Augie a thousand stars I would. I visited Auto Zone yesterday in hopes that someone would educate me regarding the price of a possible purchase of a car Jac. I was blessed with a gentleman by the name Andrew. I asked him to instruct me on how to use a car Jac I had in my car. mind you I'm 72 years old and have never used one before. Andrew smiled at me while walking out of the store to guide and teach me how to identify the car Jac and how to place it correctly under my vehicle. I would like to thank Andrew for his service, and his professionalism. I'm certain that he is an invaluable manager to this business! I will recommend every customer to this location. Andrew is the best! Very professional and gracious, he installed my windshield wipers for my Kia, and it was dark and cold, and he did this with a smile on his face ! So lucky to have him there
