Matt, who seems to be the heart and soul of the place, took the time to personally coordinate every step—from towing my car to keeping me updated via text and email. He was honest, super knowledgeable, and genuinely reassuring during a pretty stressful time. You can tell they don’t just fix cars—they get how emotionally draining an accident can be and offer real support, both technical and human. I can’t recommend them enough.

Really frustrating experience with Marina Auto Body. The repair took much longer than expected, and I wish they had given me updates instead of me having to check in myself. Two years later, they suddenly contacted me, claiming I never paid my deductible. Which is strange because they let me leave after picking up and dropping my car off and never mentioned an outstanding balance at the time of service!! The customer service rep, Christina, claimed they’d been trying to contact me this whole time, but they were calling and emailing the wrong person. Except I know they had my correct info because one of their service reps sent me an estimate when I first brought my car in. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they immediately threatened legal action, which was really frustrating. How does a business fail to notify the correct person for two years and then blame the customer? Absolutely insane.

I was in a minor car accident and needed my car to be repaired. Marina Auto Body had an opening within 3 to 5 days. I brought the car in and they did a quick 10 minute preliminary inspection. They rode up a preliminary estimate and sent it to the insurance company. My car was still drivable, so I kept it for another week or so and then dropped it off at Marina Auto Body for a repair. They arranged for Enterprise car rental to pick me up from the body shop and take me to the car rental place. They fixed my vehicle and, as far as I can tell, there are no issues with it. However, their communication was lacking. They did not contact me a single time over the 45-day repair period to update me on the progress, except for the final day when they called me to tell me the car was ready to be picked up. This was despite me having called multiple times and asking them to give me updates every once in a while. I think they even told me once or twice that they would call me, but they never did.
