I went in so a fuel filter service and it needed two to be replaced. I thought the service would take way longer and it was super quick and the truck started right up. No problem.

I went in for an oil change. They lost my oil cap and took them 20min to find it. The last time, they lost my seal on my windshield wiper fluid. This place has a lot of young people who work with little to no experience. After I talked to the manager regarding the long wait and the poor service. He was like, What do you want. He had no word of apology and just said accident happen. This place has very every poor quality in customer service. I wont be going back here ever again. Go if you want your parts lost and damaged. I still need to see under my car to make sure they put my undercover back correctly and all bolts were put back. Go to another place were they know what customer service is and quality work.

I Normally do my own oil change but was late running for work seen they were open and decided to stop by to help me out and yes they are pricey for an oil change but the mechanics were very friendly and helpful let me know what I need to change throughout my whole car and got me going back on the road within 20 minutes and they also made sure that I got the correct filter and oil as I brought my own for my 2011 subaru outback 2.5i thanks again if I am ever in a tight spot will definitely be back

The men in the shop were awesome. They went above and beyond to get our oil changed. We took two vehicles and they did not have one of our filters on hand. One of the employees ran over to Auto Zone in order to complete the oil change. Great job!

50 minute wait with two cars in front of me, remember its supposed to be a 15 minute oil change. 20 minutes in an employee came out ask me what I wanted told them full synthetic oil change, sat there for 30 more minutes my turn now, told him again I wanted a full synthetic oil change looked it up found out they had no full synthetic oil 55 minutes later I pulled out of there with no oil change Thats why its one star. Plus it was gone to cost $113 for 3.7 q and a filter. Im adding this part the next day. Picked-up full Valvoline synthetic oil and filter and air filter for $48.00 and changed the oil myself. Is it me or our they trying to make to much money from us.

Long wait for an oil change but the technicians were extremely kind and apologetic for the delay not just on one occasion but a few times. Very good customer service and organized establishment. The price is average for an oil change.

I have never had the pleasure of using Valvolines service. I received a great coupon so I decided to try them out. Oh my gosh - absolutely fantastic customer service! And I am reasonably certain my car runs better than it ever has under another oil change service. I will definitely be returning to try this company again. And see if it was just extra care because of a coupon run. Or this is their standard of care.

Payed over 100 dollars for service and was lied to by the technician that I have a leak in washer fluid. I had to purchase it separately and fill it myself with no leak. The manager Jesus was no help, covered for the worker and basically said go somewhere else. Would give 0 if possible.

Went there for an oil change last week. Had to wait longer than they say, 30 mins. and there werent cars in front of me. If the employees were chatting less and being mindful it would be more efficient. The lady which made my oil change slammed the hood, and I realized later at home that she broke the latch up

Terrible experience. Took over an hour for a simple oil change and had four different staff members working on my car that did not understand what they were doing at all. They ended up killing my battery after seeing that it was 100% on a test and then had to pull in employees car around front to jump my car which they did not even understand how to do. They had to ask three other people how to use jumper cables, and even then they were Sparks because they kept touching them together and or placing them on the battery incorrectly. Never again will I get business to Valvoline unless they fix my vehicle, which is now having issues due to the ignorance of the employees.

Wife pulled in line to get oil change they moved her to another line and the two cars that were behind her got through before she got in to get her oil changed no explanation no communication just made her wait longer than necessary

Absolutely wonderful. They told us the things with our car that needed a tune up and when we denied some things for right now they didn t push us to do it and accepted the no. They always went out of their way to fix the latch on our hood that has been acting up for years. Cannot recommend the workers here enough

I spent more time waiting and begging for my receipt than the whole oil change episode. Then this dude tells me theyre a paperless company yet they use, you guessed it right, paper to write the job order and leave on your windshield. I was explicit that the email on file is NOT mine, yet they sent it anyway.

The service was in and out I needed them to check something because I had an oil leak and I didnt know if it was transmission or engine. They pinpointed the problem and suggested that I talked to my mechanic the service was great.

I ve had my car oil changed here many times. Today after waiting 46 minutes behind a car getting their oil changed I left. Two other vehicles left as well. A lot of new faces who seem to NOT know what they re doing. Won t be coming back her again.

Definitely not a 15 minute oil change. Staff can be a bit more efficient. Youll need more than an hour set aside to gwt the oil change. I average 1.5 to 2 hrs from start to finish and thats just with a few cars in front of me. I had 2 cars in front today.

Employees were great but you cant pay attention to so call discounts. There are many stipulations to the discounts they offer. You dont know until you get there. Your in line waiting then they tell you.

Cabin and engine air filer is way to expensive. Could have done it myself for 10 or 20 dollars.

I bought a voucher for an oil change from Groupon, it cost me $25.00. When I got there Carlos greeted me and he did the oil change. Carlos was attentive asking me if I had any questions or problems with my vehicle, he answered all my questions. Carlos checked the front and back lights, checking that the lights worked properly. It was fast and I ended up paying $4.00 for extra oil and a recycling fee for the used oil of my vehicle 1.99 . The service was great I will be going back!!

I have gone to Jiffy, Oil Changers and I will always perder Valvoline. They seem to hire friendly folks. When I ask for something that seems off they have a helpful demeanor. Not to mention when I take my car after the recommended mileage they don t give me sass. At every Valvoline I ve gone I ve had exceptional service.

Very unprofessional job. Brought my truck here for an oil change for the first time since my local chevy dealer was completely booked. A couple weeks after the oil change, I noticed the truck began leaking oil, which was hard to believe since the truck only has 20k miles and shouldn t be doing that! So I end up putting the truck up on a lift, and noticed that the leak was coming from the oil filter. So I tightened the filter and it literary did 3 complete turns in order for it to be tight the right way. Wish I could upload the video of the filter showing the quality job that was done .

Needed an oil change and radiator fluid replacement. The mechanic explained to me the difference between the coolant for the A/C (freon) and the antifreeze in the radiator. He explained that if the temperature in the vehicle gets too hot, it tends to shut off the A/C to prevent any further overheating. Makes sense, since I had my radiator replaced last year and the A/C was not working as the temperature was rising inside the engine. Learned something I didnt know.

After paying 140$ for a service on my vhecle. I checked to see if they service the frontend grease serts and found that they did not. After calling them out on that they told me that they ran out of grease and could not do it. Then another employee told me that they were having problems with their grease pump and this is why it wasnt done. And my question was to them why didnt they notify me and why did they charge me for price and they had no answer for that. So then I asked them were they going to give me a discount change and they were able to give me a whopping $10 off on my next oil change. I stopped going to this business probably 10 years ago because I have the same problem in the past with them not doing a full service and charging you for it. People shouldnt have to go behind them and check their work. Especially when you pay $140 for a service!

Oil changes are getting expensive these days. They don t come with all the extra little perks that you used to get all the time. I don t know if it s just because it s a big chain/franchise corp. that s skimping out on the grease but that s one of the most important things to be included when you re doing your maintenance because it s going to prevent all kinds of problems in your suspension and it s gonna make your car run a lot smoother. These guys got the American flag but they don t got the American spirit. They told us that they won t give it to us because they are completely out of grease and it s a courtesy anyways so we are lucky that we would get it at all in the first place. Then we had this guy come up and try to upsell us about $300 worth of front/rear differential and lubricant for the transmission when we didn t need any of that. Go to your local independent mechanic that s struggling on his own and give him the hard earned money that you re putting in to fixing your car up instead of giving into the big corporations. The one guy you see in the picture there with the messed up hair just came from the bottom and he was really helpful and did a real good job but it was these other sales guys that were piss poor.

The wait to get an oil change on a Sunday around 10am was over an hr. I only went to this place because it was the only oil change place open on a Sunday. There are 3 stations to pull up for service & its unorganized in regards to serving the next in line. People were making 3 lines, as thats how many stations there are but its actually 1 line & the technicians were making others reverse in order to pull up the next vehicle that had arrived. I felt that the price for my oil & filter change was a bit steep. I normally pay about $45 & I ended up paying about $85 (& thats with a coupon I had). The technicians were ok. Not friendly but never rude either. I would only go back as a last resort.

These guys are great! Fast and reasonably priced. They replaced a stripped drain plug for $1. The same one the Cadillac dealer wanted $250 for! Thanks guys! We bring all our vehicles here for maintenance.

Great Customer Service. These guys were extremely professional, very thorough, and efficient. I received a 30 second Class on the air filtering system inside my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited located behind the glove box. The prices are extremely reasonable. Please visit this location if in the Central Valley.

I will not stop coming here but I will never come on a Sunday again. The wait is too long. I waited about an hr to be serviced. I understand its Sunday and sometimes this place can be short handed in sunday. I just think an HR wait is way too long no matter the day. Other then the wait the service was great like always.
