It shouldnt take an hour to do an oil change, especially when you see people walking standing around having conversations.

We never go any where else to get our oil change. We recommend them to EVERYONE. My daughter found an Oil Stop near her home in Irvine Ca. Their computer holds all of my oil change information which was very useful when I had engine issues and the dealer was not going to honor the warranty stating that I failed to keep up with oil change maintenance. BAM! I walked in with my Oil Stop report to show we are faithful on our oil changes and our oil change report proved that . Their customer service is stellar.

Jafet, Angel, Jared and Daniel- All assisted me in my service today , not including anyone behind the scenes. Jafet was the main one working on my service today and whoever else was doing the actual oil change. Came last in July for the first time. Amazing service, offered me a drink, and got a complimentary car wash. Got a Pepsi this time around, lol. Going to the gym after but couldnt say no to a cold soda. The guys here are super interactive, showed me my oil level before starting services. Introduced themselves. Checked my tire pressure ( which I know is standard with service for the places Ive been to.) I went to a Valvoline in Fresno but they forgot to check my tire pressure and I had to remind them.... Anyway, this is now my preferred spot for mine and my brothers car. It feels more comfortable here and I beleive the prices were lower compared to the Valvoline next to Walmart in Madera. That is now my second option for oil changes. They even showed me a sample of my transmission fluid of how mine currently is and how it would look if it was changed out. Same with the coolant. They did end up topping off my both either way. Both services were about $110-$130 extra. Didnt end up doing them because I figured my dad could do them to save a bit. They replaced my drain plug and gasket for no charge. They let me know I had an engine oil leak and something else. They will have it written on the receipt notes for me. My car needed a car wash badd.... so they cleaned my windows for me lol. I am hoping to make it on time for the free car wash. Overall great spot for services! Highly reccomend. Jafet was the main one working on my car, showed me samples, finished putting air in my tires, cleaned my front window. Jared gave offered me a soda, put air in some of my tires and washed my back window. Daniel took over the rest of the service for Jafet, showed my my engine filter, offered me a filter for cabin filter, let me know I had two leaks. Angel did my service last time, did a great job. Great work to all, I love when I come across AMAZING customer service. Total for Kia optima 2013 around $65 with taxes.

I always have good service here... for this visit though, they took too long just to acknowledge me and park me at a garage entrance so I decided to pick one myself unsure if that was the next in line or not. It took them almost 1 1/2 for them to finish my vehicle considering that theyre was only one vehicle in front of me.

Nothing but good things to say. They even took care of changing my transmission fluid. The kids that work there are really nice.

They were really fast and really good I always go here I know that I can get the work done right and they explain everything to me if theres something else that I need to be worked on my car. I will highly recommend them to anybody.

Oil Stop is the ONLY shop that I will use. Been to others and they over filled my oil. Another forgot to replace my oil cap. Very unprofessional! Oil Stop checks, re-checks and makes sure EVERYTHING is correct. They welcome you with water or soda so your wait will be as comfortable as possible. Then to place the cherry on top, they give you a free car wash!

I appreciate the coupon they gave me so I can have $15 off my oil change service. I also appreciate their great attention to details, wiping and cleaning my windshield plus a free carwash with my oil change. They all do a great job. This is my go to place for maintenance needs for my car. Plus it s a drive through. Overall, I m a happy costumer!

The oil change that I had done Saturday was good fast good service and I was made to feel comfortable while I waited with a cold drink. I received a free one time car wash. A bit of a wait. Service was excellent. Techs were extremely professional, thorough, and pleasant. No pushing of unwanted services or products. A variety of thoughtful refreshments were offered free of charge while waiting, and during service. Pricing was competitive, and felt pleased with bill. Also comes with a complimentary car wash voucher good for thirty days. Total bill, (plus new air filter installed) was $70 cheaper than a previous quote from another high-pressure quick-lube merchant. No complaints whatsoever. HOWEVER. ..weeks later...had to remove oil filter adapter housing to replace leaking oil seals and discovered that Oil Stop had over-tightened oil filter making it impossible to remove with the filter wrenches available. They need only be tightened 1/2 to 3/4 turn!

Just go to a shop went here and the service was not at all good waited for an hour just to have them put some stuff in my engine and tell me they couldn t change my oil and to go to a shop like what about the stuff you put in the engine bro had to rent a car to go on holiday and get back and fix my own car which by the way nothing was wrong with it all that money spent for no reason

I Love this place, and it doesnt take them long to change your oil or transmission fluid. They even replace all your filters. After they are done you get a free car wash. If you upgrade your wash to cleaning out the inside of your car you can go inside the mini Mart and they give you free air fresheners. I also love how upbeat and nicer they are. I ve been coming to OilStop for about the last year consistently and never have I ever been disappointed in service here. First of all, they are all so kind and treat you with nothing but respect. Just as important, their complimentary coffee is super strong and very tasty. They give you as much as you d like which is lovely bc I am without a doubt a coffee addict. And to counteract their efforts to fill your bladder, they also have a very clean bathroom for when all that coffee settles. If you are unsure of where to go to get your oil changed in Madera, do not go anywhere else but here. You won t regret it! My car had been overheating off and on for a minute, the guys at Oil Stop let me know to get it checked out by a mechanic and told me specifically what it may be. Nice to have an idea of what the issues may be! Love that the oil changes are always quickly done as well!
