Silver Auto Glass in Madera

I was in Madera and needed an emergency rear window replacement on my Ram. I was at their shop within 20 minutes and he had the window needed on site. 30 minutes later the job was complete. I cannot recommend this place more.

Called Enrique and was able to get in right away for a window regulator replacement. Got job done in less than 30 minutes, was very professional and was very talkative and polite while I waited for the job to be done.

Looked online for a windshield replacement for my 2015 Silverado. This one seemed like it had the best ratings, so I decided to check it out. Definitely going to continue service with them! Enrique is a very honest and friendly guy! I called in and had it replaced within the hour!! Quick quality work for sure! Thanks again!

My driver side window lift randomly broke on a Sunday afternoon, causing my window to fall into my door. I was worried I would have to wait until morning to get it fixed since it was the weekend, but after seeing that Silver Auto was open, I gave them a call. Enrique gave me a quote & although he didn’t have the part in stock, agreed to install it that day if I brought it to him. I got the part, drove to the business & he had it fixed in a little under an hour despite the mechanism being tricky. He was efficient, honest, and friendly. I likely would have had to pay more/waited for the part to arrive had I decided to go somewhere else.

I looked up glass repair shops nearby in Madera, ca and this was one of the first shops to pop up, with a 4.9 out of 5 rating from over 40 people.. that is a rare find. So I decided to give Silver Auto Glass a try and I have to say it is definitely a professional business and the owner is incredibly flexible with his work schedule. He was able to service my window immediately and went out of his way to get the window without any form of down payment or guarantee that I would even use his services or purchase the window. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable about his trade, the prices are unbeatable to from my knowledge.

Owner took my call first thing in the morning. He came out in a few minutes. He had to drive to Fresno to pick up my replacement windshield. He was back and had it installed in under 2 hours. He was very professional and kind. Easy to talk to and happened to be our neighbor right up the road. Unfortunately I had to charge the unexpected expense, but he accepts credit. Overall had a great experience and would refer him to friends and family.

I gave Enrique a call same day and he got me in ASAP.... replaced my front windshield in a fast and timely manner.... he was very professional and informed me the details of my repair. Told me.to give him a call if there were any deficiencies in which I did and he got.me right in and fixed the problem. 5 star would definitely refer them to new customers and commend him on his professionalism.
