Efficient, polite, and professional! Thanks to Gutierrez Tire, a bad situation with a flat tire [in the middle of nowhere] was quickly turned into a positive memory. I called Armando 15 minutes before arriving at their store, driving on Route 46 on my way to Los Angeles, on a rear tire that was steadily losing air due to a puncture. By the time I arrived, the team was ready to jump into action. The tire was patched (fortunately, the puncture was in the middle of the tire) in 5 minutes, aired up, and tested. There was no attempt to push for replacing the tire, and a reasonable fee of $30 was charged for the repair. A new set of tires have already been ordered, but the repair is still holding fine, and I cannot rave enough about how welcoming, polite, and professional the Gutierrez tire staff were last Friday during this emergency.

Pulled in for a patch, but the tire needed to be replaced. They had one on hand and we were on our way in no time. Good service and reasonable prices.

Got a flat tire on I-5. Drove here to try and get a new one and get back on the road. They were very helpful, kind, and quick. Price was also very reasonable.

I been coming here for about 9 years, these people are always on top of their work. They are super quick have always enough workers to start work right away when you pull in. I always wait to for them if I have nail or feel tire is low in air.

Got a tire blown on I-5. The AAA truck driver who put on spare tire recommended this place. I had no other choice. They sold me a decent NEW tire for $110. It allowed me to get home to L.A safely. Very decent price & fast service. I don't wish anyone that had to use this store for emergency service but if you had bad accident, then this is the place I would take my car to

Had a tire blow out on our triple axle fifth wheel at night on I5 and were panicking trying to find someone to assist us. They got to us within 20 minutes and changed our tire quickly - they were awesome and I highly recommend!!

Got used Firestone drive tires on March 31, they said it’s good tire and when I got home and next day I saw there is a small hole on edge and it was flat. I called the owner and he said they are not responsible for used tires. I recommend to avoid this place. Really disappointed from their service never coming back again.
