This my fifth or sixth time using NorthBreeze. I had a broken clothes dryer control knob. Took it off and showed me how to order and install replacement. Fast, simple. I like this company and Kevin a lot.

Contacted North Breeze on a Tuesday for a dryer that would not heat. Kevin arrived first thing Wednesday morning. He very quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. My dryer is old so he didnt have the part on his truck to repair it. He ordered the part and arrived by noon the next day to repair the dryer. I now have a working dryer thanks to North Breeze s professional and efficient service. Hopefully nothing else breaks but if it does, I would feel confident using North Breeze again!! Thank you Kevin!

Our electric dryer stopped heating up suddenly. After checking in with a few places, I was able to get time scheduled very quickly. The technician came right on time. Figured out what the problem was and able to repair the dryer in about an hour. The technician was super professional and even vacuumed the area and very nicely while he was working. Very happy with the prompt service!!

operator was helpful, the technician was knowledgable, and the job was done and done well, but in a rather strnge way. I dont know if he was just super busy that day, but I never actually met my technician in person and was not able to ask questions on site. It was like doing business with hyper introverts or something. Still, job done, and done well, so no real complaints.

Very fast response and professional service

I contacted North Breeze Appiance and informed them that I had a refrigerator that was making a stringe noise. They told me that Kevin, their repair person would be here between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Kevin arrived at 4:07 PM. The refrigerator was NOT making any noise at the time. As I was telling Kevin about the noise, he startedd dismanting the refrigerator. He found the problem, fixed it and then vacummed the entire refrigerator. He was here less than an hour and the charge was $75, the cost of the service call. I have kept his telephone number and will call him and recommend him to friends who may need his services. This company is definitely a 6 star company.

Asked Kevin to diagnose a broken wine fridge and leaking main fridge. He diagnosed both, and fixed the main fridge with condensation drain line clean out. Wine fridge requires a part to be ordered. He was very professional and courteous, and diagnosed both fridges quickly. I would hire him again!

Kevin was at our house slightly before he said he would be. When does that ever happen?? There was a glitch with our dryer, so he had to come back a second time to fix it, but came back the same day. He is a friendly guy (and friendly to our dog) and a good repair man. I would give him 5 stars, but he did have to come back a second time. I would hire him again.

I had a great experience with North Breeze Appliance and would highly recommend them. Our Subzero freezer stopped working. We had another company come do a repair a few months prior and the freezer broke again. Its now been a couple of months and the freezer is working great after Kevin made the repair. Kevin was very thorough and took the time to identify the problem and the repair (which was done a couple of days later after the part arrived). Since Ive had 2 different companies work on the freezer, I can compare the services and North Breeze was by far much better. Kevin and Julia were both kind, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and punctual. And the price was much better too! I would definitely work with North Breeze again.

Review is for Kevin. Kevin and North Breeze is everything I want in a vendor. The North Breeze team was quick in their responses and scheduling was easy. I reached out on a Thursday and they were at my door the next day. Kevin specifically was great. I received a text he was on the way and another when he arrived. He came in, was friendly, covered his shoes, and got straight to work. He had all the tools he needed, was clearly experienced (took apart the fridge as if it was his own), highlighted the issue, gave me advice on how to avoid it in the future, fixed the issue, and even cleaned the dust behind the fridge (did not have to do this). His price was very fair, Ive already saved the contact and will be using them moving forward.

Kevin from North Breeze came out three times when our fridge stopped cooling because the top of the fridge had became completely blocked with ice. Every time he came out, the fridge was great for only a day, and then the problem came back. We got back in touch with him after he came out the third time. He responded by saying it was a normal functioning fridge, the temperature reading was fine when he checked it before leaving, and he blamed any persisting issues on it being old (2018 Whirlpool fridge). About 2 weeks after his last visit, our fridge became completely blocked up with ice AGAIN, and we threw away $200+ worth of groceries for the second time in 4 weeks. Edited to add: my landlord is the one who contacted Kevin from North Breeze to come out. That s why I am not personally listed in their system. This is a real review of my real experience with this company. As the review stated, you were directly contacted when the problem persisted and you blamed it on the fridge being old (it was 5 years old when you came to fix it). The problem was never fixed, our food kept spoiling after you assured us you fixed it, so my landlord replaced the fridge instead of dealing with anymore of a headache.

Scheduling was easy and fast. The technician was on time and was able to figure out the problem fast. Communication and invoicing is done professionally and via email and/or text. Happy with the service. Will call them back to service our equipment as needed
