Whoever was driving the Prius merged completely unsafely and recklessly into my lane without using their turn signal. Not a great look for your business if you put other people’s lives in danger.

We had a project that required insulated glass units to be installed. LG Glass bid the job and we awarded it to them. After starting the project the client decided to install all new windows which negated our need for insulated glass units. We notified LG Glass that we would not need these units and we had to cancel the order. They had required a 50% deposit with the contract which we had paid. When we cancelled LG Glass initially told us they didn't have enough cash to write us a check for 3 weeks - pretty scary if they are getting paid in advance of doing any work. Then, they said they could give our money back but they were charging 10% of the contract for cancelling. I would be OK with some small charge, but they had never come out to the jobsite to measure or done any work. Just received and cashed a check. I was looking forward to finally working with LG Glass after seeing them around for a long time. However, after this experience I would avoid them for any future projects.

Stood there for 25 minutes while 3 sales people chatted with each other. No one helped, we left. If you can’t even say hello, how can it be worthwhile.

Only interacted with them on the phone to try and replace a pane in a dual pane Marvin Integrity window. Not very friendly nor helpful. I would go elsewhere.

Would not recommend. They do not stand behind their work. They make no guarantees that their shower doors will hold up. I had a shower door installed in 2010 and have had them out several times over the years to have them adjusted because they to not stay aligned. Now they want $250 to adjust them when they have never been right with still no guarantee I won't have to call again in 6 months to have them come out and adjust them again for another $250. Bad business and customer service!

Very disappointed with this company. I would not order a frame less shower again since the glass they use will expand during the warm months and they will not come to adjust after 1 year unless a large service charge is paid.

I heard good things about craftsmanship so but when I called for a quote they quoted me a price three times more than two other pro glass places. Might want to shop around.

Great glass company. I have had LGG install many shower doors and windows. They are first class, and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Jose and crew are top notch and show that they really care. Thanks LGG
