They keep intentionally the toilet out of order, don’t support business that don’t care about their clients.
I was attracted by the gas price at this station but unfortunately after driving for a little while the check engine came up and the engine was also vibrating. I had to take my car get checked out they told me it was caused due to bad fuel. Dont fill it up here…. I saw another person had same issue
I always use Chevron gas only in all of my cars, but a week ago I was attracted by the gas price at this station - premium was a dollar cheaper per gallon than at any other station! Afterwards, driving for a few days was OK, although check engine came up at least once, but I just reset it and didn't bother. Filled up again at this same station, and after driving a bit started getting occasional misfire or other sensor check engine codes... also felt that the engine got a bit less power. Next morning I started driving to work, and had to reset check engine light (misfires) at every other stoplight! My car engine was also vibrating badly at idle and car was slightly jerking at speed. After getting back home (barely) I found that spark plug in the misfiring cylinder had its gap almost closed! Turns out, this type of spark plug damage can be caused by detonation in the cylinder, usually due to bad fuel. After resetting spark plug gap and filling tank with Chevron everything started getting back to normal... if you don't want to damage your car engine, don't fill it up there.
What a friendly store. The man behind the plexiglass is so nice!! I go there for gas & just to stop in for my 2 Diet Cokes!! Haha... I HIGHLY recommend you frequent this gas station. It's like Cheers...you are recognized!!😊😃👍
I never thought I'd be reviewing a gas station, but after the rancid water they have their window cleaners in, I guess it's time. The water was straight up brown, smelled like rotten eggs, and the horrible response I got from the attendee when I recommended it might be time to change the water just topped it off.
The customer service is pretty much nil. Trying to give the attendee an exact change to get my $20 bill back, but his response was bunch of dollar bills. His exact response was to throw the cash on the table and told me to take it or leave it.
Good prices and a very good location on the way to Santa Cruz. Paid in cash.
Compared to nearby gas stations it is expensive per gallon but conveniently located and pumps / decor are new (late 2018 makeover). Light on forecourt has been flashing for more than two months... Maybe a thought to your customers.

Its unnatural to say the bathroom closed and there s no key for it , even when i told him i diabetic and I really want to use the bathroom, His answer was not my issue

Everything seems to be good but there is a promotion for Powerade drinks. Buy 2 for $2.5 Promotion sticker is on cooler. Salesperson refused to sell for promotion price.
I go here all the time for gas. Never have to wait long and pretty good prices for Los Gatos!
Another gas station
I just got gas and topped off tire pressure. I think they installed a new air compressor hose, pressure gauge, etc.
Card readers frequently have issues, pumps very slow, window cleaning water NEVER changed (black, oily, stinky water).

Gas station in a good location, good pricing and you can normally get in and out quickly. Tio, remember to leave your card inside so they can read it not a quick in and out.

Very bad customer service! Or maybe it s just that one guy whom I ve always had a bad experience with. Squeegees are falling apart, water source for the squeegee does not have any soap and the water smells like sewer water. Go to Rotten Robbie across the street instead!

Price on display is not the same as the pump. No water for window cleaning. (I cant believe I am rating a gas station...)
Unfriendly staff and owner. Pushes you to pay with cash only. Couple times I pumped gas and their pumps wouldnt stop when the tank was full. Gas poured all over the place. Happened to several other customers while I was there.
