After getting a price from the dealer, they quoted half the price. When I brought the car in, they said it didnt even need the work the dealer said I needed, saving me thousands. We have been bringing our BMWs to Autobahn for years and have always found the service incredible. We recently had a battery issue, which BMW owners know is a PAIN, and Chris and his team took the car with no appointment and got the job done. Great service. Completed all work and safety inspection on time as promised. When picking the car up they took time explain the work completely and future work required as wear items age.

Chris and the team at Autobahn are fantastic to work with. They deliver better customer service than any Bay Area dealer's service dept and pricing is fair. Phone calls and emails are returned promptly and my car is ready when promised. Highly recommend this shop.

The service was person was friendly. I brought the car in for a drive shaft and electrical issue. They fixed the drive shaft issue, and the car runs like new. However, they couldn't fix the instrument panel issue (brake lights remain on). They told me I needed a new instrument panel if I decided to go this route which might cost ~$1000 plus labor. I found a guy that does mobile speedometer repair online and he fixed the issues for $40.00. The upshot is Autobahn is friendly and profession. The shop and waiting area are also nice. I can't give them 5 stars and feel they kind of blew me off regarding the electric issue. So, I probably won't use Autobahn in the future for electric issues but I see no reason not to use them for mechanical issues. Best of luck to them as they seems like nice folks.

They are great team of guys, Chris was outstanding, did everything he said they would do and the prices were fantastic. They will be getting all of my business related to my 535i, it's running great. Thanks guys.
